This printer would never stay connected to our wifi. Made you jump through hoops evety time you needed to print anything. Super annoying. Finally replaced it with a somewhat more expensive Canon printer that has been rock solid reliable. I cannot recommend this printer if you plan on using it wireless.

Printer takes a long time to print or items being sent from computer to printer take a long time to appear in the print queue.

To be honest, this is one of the worst printers I've ever owned. I had a previous model that worked great for several years, almost identical. When that one stopped working and I replaced it with this one, I was extremely disappointed. It frequently has issues when printing that require me to cancel prints, turn off the printer, restart it, and sometimes takes me 15-20 minutes to print one one-page document. With the constant stopping and restarting of prints, it uses more ink than it should. I regret buying this printer.

Its an okay get you by printer. Hp has better printers but this one does the job for now.

Purchased on 4/8/25 in store. Clerk said no more left and they would order one and email me when it arrived in store so that I could pick it up. Never got it! I called a week or less after purchase and the girl at customer service told me it was still not shipped to store. Called store again on 4/24/25, was on hold for 30 minutes (8:28 PM to 8:57 PM) and they disconnected me! Called the (888) number and have been on hold for 20 minutes already! Meanwhile, I logged into my account and it actually states that I purchased in store, and they make it look as though I received it!!!! What nerve! What horrible experience! People just don't care about how they treat others anymore! I will always tell people about the bad service at Best Buy.

Tricky to set up. Once you practice enough times, it prints well.

You only get around 65 pages on a 40 dollar “xl” ink cartridge and that’s on draft mode to save ink, you can’t use 3rd party ink to save money. This company preys on the consumer. Buy a Brother brand printer, do your research. Do not buy anything branded HP like I did.

Cannot hook up to phone or WiFi at my son’s college. Not great, most likely will return to store

Do not waste money on a cheap printer. Loses WiFi connectivity every other print job. Very temperamental when reconnecting. Takes forever to print 1 page. Returning for refund.

Wife was not happy with this printer at all, paper loads from the back and jams paper does not stay clean while your are not using printer. Could not figure out how to scan with this all in one. so have disconnected and and brought HP Envy Inspire 7900e all in one. She is much happier.

It did not come with instructions. Hardly came with paper. No instructions on how to get +1 Bonus Month of Ink w/Code) I have no idea what that all means. Maybe its due to fact that I'm 80 years old and do understand instructions that I can read in front of me. Hope you can help.

It works perfectly well and is worth the price for this nice cozy printer.

Have to reset every time I use it not user friendly

First, the printer will not work on 5. GHz network to install. If you do not have or do not how ro connect to 2.5 GHz DO NOT buy this printer. Second after 2+ hours I finally got it to work only to find out you have subscribe to print service in order to print. I had an HP printer, I know how ro load ink cartridges. I could not on this printer. Best Buy has really good no-hassle return policy. Bought a Cannon instead, from Best Buy. took all of 20 minutes to get working. Buy Cannon instead of this one.

Best printer ever, I get to managed all my prints now throughout the phone, love it!
