So far, this is a great printer for the price. It took me a minute to figure out the paper feed since this one is on the back and my old one was on the front. Now it's fine.

Beware of hp's Instant Ink offer. We don't print a lot, but why turn down 3 months free ink, right? I would never sign up again. We got only one replacement cartridge in the 3 months because we didn't print much. So I cancelled the subscription before the 3 month trial ended. What is buried in the small print is that the printer STOPS PRINTING when you cancel your subscription, until you replace the cartridges with hp cartridges you pay for. You don't get to use the remaining ink in the cartridges they sent. When they acknowledge your cancellation, they do not tell you the printer will stop printing. On the day your cancellation is effective, they tell you the printer will stop printing. So I can't print until I go to the store or wait for online delivery of new cartridges . I also understand from online comments that it has to be hp cartridges that you use, although the comments made it sound like there may be a workaround to this.

This has been great for my day to day office work. The HP - DeskJet 4255e wireless printer makes printing & scanning documents a breeze. I highly recommend buying this printer for office use.

Love my new printer. It prints so fast and it was easy to get it on line.

This is the worst printer that I've owned in many years. It does back to front copying if you put the front back in the correct way at the right time. Right now there is a printer error because it stopped printing half way through the page and I have tried everything. Now I am uninstalling and hopefully reinstalling to get the printer reset. The 4 small pages of problems and solutions are worthless even though they come in 3 languages. HP created this disaster? Anyone want to buy a printer that has printed 23 pages? I'll make you a deal. And Best Buy sold this mess!

Had to use HP help to add printer to computer. HP HELP messed up my computer and printer. And printer HP 3000 and then printer 4255, Full story...HP asked for money to update drivers. Asked for debit card and within minutes HP used my card for scam and purchases out of state. WILL NEVER TRUST HP OR ANY HP PRODUCT AGAIN......

This printer is a great little work horse. Prints great copies!

Great printer works wonderful compared to my old one

The printer is more worth than it’s selling price. Also, the ink subscription from hp can really save you a lot of money in comparison to buying your own inks.

Arrived at the store fairly quickly. A good deal, as it was on sale.

It works sometimes. I brought it into the store after I had it home and was told they couldn't help me, I had to have the Geeks come to my house. A $120 purchase ended u costing me time and over $200

Over six hours on the phone as the provided ink cartridge failed and then the printer would not complete set-up. We literally had ten phone calls to get the issues resolved. We were disconnected abruptly on three of the calls after long hold times and in the middle of troubleshooting. Printer seems OK but woe to anyone who has a setup problem.

Software to share printer is not the best or easiest to use. Had to use tech support for over an hour. Next day went to use the software as I was told and the icon for it disappeared . The printer itself seems adequate the software is awful.

Best Buy service is above par. Their products are so affordable, Good quality and very long lasting. Case in point I bought a Samsung tablet in 2019 and it’s still Top of the line and I cannot buy a new one cause this one refuses to die. The printer is so easy to set up and the help techs are always ready to help
