Worst printer of all time. Doesn't even do two sided printing. Won't connect to the internet and i can't seem to trouble shoot it. Printers shouldn't be this difficult

Terrible printer. Returned. Even an hour with Geek Squad couldn’t get it to work.

Doesn’t hold a lot of paper, constantly disconnecting from WiFi, told I have to disconnect my cellular data when I want to print super annoying. Never had this issue with my Deskjet

Worst printer I’ve ever owned. It worked ok for about a month now I can’t even get it to stay on let alone connect to the wifi.

It needs to be reset often, and I have had to reinstall it at least 3 times since first installing it. I would stay away from this machine.

I contacted HP support four times and they couldn't resolve the problem with my new printer. I had to contact my computer guy to finally solve the problem.

Very poor quality product! Very difficult to configure and after a month of use it started to malfunction!

Wouldnt even finish one print. The printer will print half a page and then stop, say there is an error then say it is busy. I will just sit there frozen.

The internet connection wasn't stable. It almost immediately ran out of ink. Paper jammed frequently.

Worse printer ever. It ends up in the garbage can. after i destroy it against the wall, there is no way to fix that crap. Hp costumer services don't even exist.

This printer was not a good buy. It works when it wants to work. Very disappointed and will have to buy another another printer

It always has issues connecting tho WiFi. Today I can’t even connect it to my phone and print.

I have had nothing but problems with this printer. I have had HP printers for many years but this one is not one I recommend.

Do Not Buy. Cheapest printer quality I ever bought
