Had problems with set up and am now having problems with both paper feed and printer connection. Disappointed. I know it's not an expensive printer but I've always had ones like this. Never had so many problems before.

Have not used all the features yet so don't know how well it will work. One thing we don't like about it is the paper stopper does not come out automatically like our last one did so if we forget the printed papers end up on the floor. Also we had to contact HP to get them to send the ink when it ran out even though it was connected to the internet and we had a service plan. Have had good service from HP in the past so hope that continues.

This is a great home office printer. Set up was easy and wireless. I signed up for the instant ink program and received my first ink supply in about 2 weeks. Great buy and price. I recommend this HP printer.

Disappointed. Purchased to replace a 4630 HP. Software for scanning is so basic, no thought or effort put into the software. It will print via usb but not over WiFi. It did print once from WiFi. Returning to store find a better model. I’d find a better printer that offers some scanning software. W11, Linux computers already have printer software.

Easy setup and use. Print quality is acceptable. If you are looking for a printer for quality images this is not the one. If you want something cheap for documents then this is perfect

Good Printer! I went to Best Buy to look for a printer. I wanted a printer that was just above the basic printer. I found one that was available and on sale. It was made by HP which my previous printer was manufactured. So far, the printer works well and I am very satisfied.

Took a while to set up. But it works fine after you or anyone else set up. Hard to set up with a older computer with no wifi. Even with a USB connection. Not a lot of directions for that way.

Well priced for its limited functions. The paper load is too small, the ink cartridges run out too quickly, two sided copies require a manual flip and the Bluetooth connection to my iPhone often needs a reboot. But for short, single side copying and scanning for low volume users, the price is worth the purchase and it performs exceptionally for its price class.
