    My brother bought this for me about 2 years ago. The printer keeps disconnecting from the network or something because my devices frequently are unable to find the printer. Also, it prints with smudges. This was even with printing right after taking it out of a brand new box so there should have been no dirt. Also, you are unable to print without a subscription.

    This is the worst app and printer ive ever used. Took me 1.5 hours to resolve the issue. I will never buy a hp printer again. Absolutely aweful app. I wish i coild give zero stars. When the power goes out or if you change wifi name/ password you will see issues. I regret buying this overall.
