I feel spoiled with this laptop in comparison to the dinosaur I had before it.I like the Microsoft formats and appreciate the Bing feature when searching.I also really appreciate the solid state drive with it's quiet background,durability and other features.Based upon my experience to date...I'd recommend this as a good choice among less expensive laptops.

My daughter has had this one for a while and it's still as fast as it was when it was new and the battery life is still excellent. She was disappointed that it didn't have a DVD burner but hasn't needed it. The Intel Core i5 and 8GB memory with the solid state hard drive team up together to make this an incredible, fast laptop with a long battery life which was most important to her. She has been very satisfied with it!

Cant beat the price, lots of memory good speed and fits in my docking station.

Great little laptop for the price. I enjoyed it. Until it completely died 1 month after the 1 year warranty expired. Now im out $300 from this and had to buy yet another new laptop for $700. If u buy this, get the extended warranty, youll need it.

This refurbished laptop exceeded my expectations. It was easily set up, has very good speed. I like that is not bloated with freeware.. Just the basics. I needed a laptop that fits under my wheelchair and this is perfect. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

Freezes up. Screen is so small and I hurts my eyes. Bad viewing angles or something. May work for some people just not for me.

The form factor is perfect - some people complain it's too small but for me I need to carry it around often when traveling so I can't tolerate a bulky one. The spacious SSD coming with the laptop is more than enough to put the things necessary for traveling like important softwares, music, videos, etc. JoySystems is doing a good job in refurbishing the laptop and so far not a single issue has been identified. Overall highly recommended.

Am not get what i see in the Best Buy website, they said something about description product isn't what do you getting just have a lot problem with the WIRELESS MODULE, bad reception and just one place, in my house.I try to use en other place, like my home daughter, said You cannot connected to Internet, weird right, joysystem refurbished factory said have to buy a usb wireless adapter. Come on that is stupid Am not recommended buy this kind of products. You not getting what do you thought and wanted. Not working the finger print reader, not good wireless signal. OMG

This laptop was perfect for what we needed it for. Great price!
