I like it its a great laptop for homework and programming and i also play game on it like call of duty warzone but it will run hot cause its not really for gaming but it cam handle some game

At nearly $2,000, I expected a good computer—a great laptop even—that could actually keep up with all the work I put my computers through, but this laptop might very well be the worst one I've had in a hot minute. From day one, it was beyond slow. It lags on every browser I've tested, even when I'm not doing much. Heaven forbid you want to play a game. Not only is it slow, but the fan is also intrusively loud. That wouldn't be so bad if it worked, but it doesn't. The laptop is constantly hot to the touch. I could easily burn my fingertips sometimes, and I had to buy a laptop desk to avoid having my thighs burned off. I'm ready for it to burn itself out at some point. If this were a $300-500 laptop, it would be fine; not great, but I wouldn't expect much of a cheap laptop. But being so expensive with this poor performance? It's straight robbery. This was my 3rd HP laptop; the other two I loved, but this just wasn't it, and I don't expect I will buy another HP for a while.

Best laptop for your kids ever! I bought this for my kid and he loved it. He said it was really good for work and gaming.

It was great until I had to send it to Geek Squad City and they couldn’t get parts to fix it. Then they didn’t have another to replace it with.

I have been using this laptop for almost two months. This laptop has great processing speed, a beautiful display and user friendly interface. My only complaint is, the keyboard not having a number pad.

It is not as fast as I thought it would be. The charger is HUGE, bulky to try and carry with you to charge the laptop. Keys on keyboard at larger than a Dell I just had.

My husband loves this laptop. His broke down and he need it for work. This laptop is perfect for his needs. Sleek design and easy to use. He is happy.

This laptop was exaxtly what i needed for my self and my family. I use it for my side business and my kods can use it for school. Or just for fun.

As far as the computational aspect of the HP-Envy / i9, it's just fine. It does what is expected and it's fast. The keyboard sucks! Part of this is on me. I saw the "natural silver" finish and I liked it. Issue is, the keyboard is flat with minimal key press feel. I can live with that but the letters [labels] on the keys are VERY difficult to read in daylight. Of course, they're backlit and n lower light there's no issue. If I had it to do all over, I'd buy something else.

great laptop, powerful enough to run anything I want which is mostly games. I would reccommend this laptop to anyone! Especially with it being on sale for $650 off.

Ultimate Product with this price range. Too smooth to operate. Too smooth in gaming. Only one missing this is keyboard quality, which is not as expected.

Great output but have challenges with the charger. It’s been a fantastic product and I will recommend everyone to try it at anytime.

Good. The options/ functions need to be printed in a booklet instead of "flash" reminders in the middle of something you are about to work on.

This laptop has been one of the best financial purchases made in several years. We can watch movies, play the latest video games, stream data from across the house with ease.

I was extremely excited to get a new laptop for work and school. I needed something to run my renderings and this laptop can completely do this. It is more then capable of running CAD, Revit, Twin motion but my problem was with the specs inside of the computer. For some reason tabs will never load, whatever they had on this laptop pre install will stop any downloads you try downloading from the web. It constantly just doesn’t download or doesn’t install. I have to refresh the page every time I load a new tab. It is really frustrating and It’s not my internet because I try at different locations. I think it’s something wrong with my laptop. When I try downloading games it simples gives me an error and I have to try clicking 20 times to install the program I want to install. Unfortunately I have to deal with these problems because I doubt I can get a refund now. Another thing when the downloads even when you get a simple PDF from an email and you try downloading it you will have to try downloading it Atleast 15 times until it goes through. It will just say restart on the download Menu

The product is amazing and perfect for what i needed it for which is college online courses. I love how thin it is and easy to travel with.

Fast CPU, and expandable, perfect for my secondary and mobile DAW. Even better after removing all of the Win 11 bloat.

This has all the features I needed for a personall content device also capable of playing some games!
