    Almost all the features and things are working good but my only compliant are related to max sound and heating that’s happening when we charge the device

    The laptop itself is AMAZING!!! However, Best Buy did not honor the black Friday deal with the Poly Voyager Wireless Earbuds that were supposed to come with it.
