    Only reason it gets one star is because I eventually got my money back. I live in Hawaii and they only fly computers ( lithium ion batteries) with 2 day air, this you would think is a positive thing. It was not. I purchased an open box laptop and upon receiving, as soon as I charged and powered it up, kept displaying an error message ( cmos checksum error) and then the screen going black shortly after booting up . I tried every possible fix I could find online without success. Geek squad referred me to their customer service number. I spent 45+ minutes multiple times attempting to get a live person for support, only to be told I can return the item but they can’t do anything else. I printed the label they supplied and took the package down to ups as instructed. UPS cannot ship via ground based on my location and lithium ion battery. Best Buy support told me they could not send me a different label and That I could return via the label I was given ( that was denied by ups) or to return in store ( I have to get on a plane and fly 200 miles across the ocean to do so). When I described the situation again, the only other option I was given was to pay for return two day air to ship it back ($117 out of my pocket) . So not only was I given a brand new item that didn’t work but returning was a nightmare. Absolutely horrible service. What a waste of time and money. Luckily I was able to find another work around no thanks to best buy who sent me a defective item and offered me zero solution to solve a problem due to their defective product.
