Customers are satisfied with the ENVY 31.5” All-in-One's large screen size and excellent sound quality, frequently praising the rich audio and impressive visuals. Many also highlighted the ease of setup and the aesthetically pleasing design. While some experienced issues with the wireless charger, the positive feedback on other features outweighs these concerns.

Excellent...all around from video card to sound system. Very easy to set up and an excellent sales person, Guermo, from Florida Mall Store. Extremely knowledgeable! Also introduced us to Surface laptop Go which I just bought yesterday!

Favorite all-in-one, use it in my business and has not in my business daily. Only issue is it disconnects on Wi-Fi every other day for some reason.

About two years prior I bought an AIO from Best Buy made by another manufacturer. Well, it so problematic even when the original warranty expired 6 months prior, Best Buy gave me a full refund because even they saw how bad it was to get repaired. So with all this refunded money I knew what I wanted in my next AIO: - minimum Intel i7 or similar -SSD of 512GB or higher -16GB of RAM or higher -NVIDIA discrete graphics card or similar -27" or larger screen -4K screen resolution -Don't need a touch screen -High quality sound -At least one USB-C port Thing is most AIO carry an i5 or have the storage but too often cut back on a discrete graphics card or don't use SSD to lower the price. Oh, going back to that prior AIO, it was 27" w/ an NVIDIA, i7, etc, but not 4K screen resolution. Well, after a lot of looking around turns out the HP Envy has what I wanted but better. After using the HP Envy with the 4K, I'm making sure any future big screen AIOs have at least 4K. Credit to HP for not adding a bunch of bloatware I've had to remove from prior PCs I've owned. "So why rate as 'Good' and not 'Excellent'?" It has three USB-A 3.1 ports (2 on the back, 1 on the side) but if still need more than that like I do then buy a USB 3.0 AC powered hub. It's an easy to buy add on. You can use one of those portable hubs you would buy for a laptop or tablet but the AC powered hubs are a better option for a heavy duty desktop like the HP Envy. Now things get a little more difficult with SSD or RAM upgrading, hence the "Good" rating. The back panel of prior AIOs I've owned is held by screws. HP opted instead to use a stretch release double stick tape so such upgrades are not going to be a DIY'er. If you want to upgrade to a 2TB SSD like I did, talk to Geek Squad or a certified HP repair shop before doing so.

The large screen is excellent, but you may find better monitors, especially if you do video work. The unit is very quick and the Thunderbolt 3 port really let you move a lot of data quickly. Build quality is excellent.

I am really enjoying the large screen, it is the primary reason I chose this computer. I also don't like cords and such, so this suited that need also. I am just using this for school, so nothing taxing, but there are definitely some quirks like restarting spontaneously or the audio not working after it has been in sleep mode. I'm sure there are easy fixes, but I know nothing about computers and don't have the time to take it in. Anyway, I like it fine.

This thing is great! Very nice monitor. Runs just as it should and is very snappy. It's very nicely made with a nice design. My ONLY issue is the mouse that comes with it as it seems like the one item they skimped on. Everything else seems very high quality. I originally had purchased an Inspirion and I'm glad the monitor was bad out of the box to get me to purchase the Envy. Very, very happy with it.

Very nice computer. The screen is huge the resolution and frame rate looks incredible. The keyboard has a nice feel to it. Bought for my wife and kids for her distant learning college.

When you need one of the biggest all-in-one computers out there, this HP fits the bill. The 4K resolution is a plus, too, and it has many features that most people will need.

Well, interesting story, the first one I got had a broken wireless charger and I had to have it replaced. As you can imagine, it was a huge pain in the butt replacing it around the holidays. Anyway, I have had the new one for about a week and I am very happy with it so far. Hoping I don't have any other issues.

I like the computer, but have a couple bones to pick. The PC came with a second Display Adapter the NVidia GeForce BTX 1650. I was assured by the sales rep at the store that this would support (2) UHD 4K Monitors, which the main monitor is and I purchased a second 32" Samsung 4K UHD monitor both of which support 3840 X 2160 Screen Resolution. Well after working with HP Tech Support stating not their problem and then Geek Squad Tech Support and they determined that GeForce only kicks in if I am using a program that requires the extra NVIDIA power. But, only to the main monitor. So the second monitor in UHD 4K was a complete waste of my money and I don't do gaming so I really did not need to spend the extra money for the NVIDIA Display Adapter, the Intel UHD Graphics 630 that is attached to the motherboard would have been just fine. Very disappointed. As a side note, I contacted NVIDIA tech support and they advised that if you were building a PC from the Ground Up and used this adapter, it would support (2) monitors in full UHD 4K simultaneously.

This was actually purchased by my son on my credit card, he had our permission. He contracted Covid and need to work from home. He absolutely loves it! The screen size allows him to have several windows up at once, a necessity for his job. Now that he's back to working in the office he loves the gaming on it. We love the quality of HP products and own many. When you add the Geek Squad insurance you can't go wrong! And, the price was excellent!
