    The set up didn't go as easy as the salesman said it would. We aren't techee people so it was hours, but we think we now have 2 laptops and 2 cell phones able to print without any cords.

    HAD TO REPLACE INK CARTRIDGES AFTER PRINTING ABOUT 5 SHEETS SINCE PURCHASED. HOPE INK LASTS LONGER WITH NEW CARTRIDGES. MAYBE THE ORIGINAL INK THAT COMES WITH PRINTER IS TINY ON PURPOSE.

    I'm happy with printer, but Was misled when I purchased it. I was told it could use the hp27 cartridges that I had purchased before my old printer quit on me. Now I am stuck with several useless cartridges.

    QR code on shelf tag didn’t place my order for in store pick up. I had to go back to the section and take the printer off the shelf and take it to check out.

    Efficient order and delivery. Set up was quick and easy. This cost effective $99 printer does everything I need, including scan. I did enroll for auto-ship on the ink cartridges because my print volume didn’t justify that. Would be a good service if I printed more.

    Product is great and works well on home WiFi system but HP did allow me to get the 3 months of free ink. I was told the offered expired and had to pay for a subscription for ink!
