My new printer is great. Had to get help from the Geek Squad on how to use it. They were extremely helpful.

DO NOT BUY. Long time HP customer and always had good experiences with their printers. I try to buy good quality printers but this model has been a disappointment since I purchased this a few months ago. Printer constantly loses WiFi connection and so I have to unplug to reset. Critical error displays randomly so need to unplug to fix that. Print cartridges print low quality as if low on ink but ink levels are full. Then there is NO support from HP to fix any of these issues. Buyer beware.

Pretty bad. Connecting printer to wi-fi was problematic. Service went on and off, mostly off. Required extensive reprogramming. Finally reconnected my old HP printer, and that's working just fine.
Wouldn't recommend.

I set the printer up and found it would print some files and not others. I used the GEEK Squad online assistance. They initially claimed that the setup had a problem. After their remote deleting and setting it up 3 times over 2 hours, they still could not get it to print my bank statement (which I have been printing regularly for 20 years with my former printer), or 4 pages selected from an online manual, and they concluded that the problem was with the files, and not the printer. The next morning, I tried printing a 1-page statement from Vanguard, all to no avail. I returned the printer and got my money back.

Had my Ho 6100e all in one printer-about a month after the second week I started having problems and called customer support, I purchased the 4 year service plan, I was advised that I had to take it to the store which I had and they exchanged it for a new one which was great, they asked me if I wanted to purchase a service plan and I told them I already ready bought the plan, they advised me it’s only a one time service plan that’s good for 4 years and I would need to buy another 4 year plan which I opted out, I wouldn’t have bought it if it was explained to me, very deceptive.

Was told this was an easy set up, and was not. Printer would not connect to laptop. Returned it and was told the printer was supposed to be an easy set up and likely a malfunction and got a new one. Second printer was able to connect but one my wifi disconnected from printer it not longer connects. I tried reinstalling the printer to laptop and shutting it off for 5 min then re-starting it and re-connecting to wifi. My laptop says it’s connected to printer but the printer is not getting a response to print what is needed, tried printing from my phone and same thing. I also bought a USB cord for an emergency if my printer would not respond to my computer sending a document to print, plugged the usb to printer and laptop and still did not respond and was not able to print anything. Only had it for less than a month and second printer. Don’t waste your time.

Absolutely the worst printer ever!!! Constantly going off line in the middle of print jobs. Trying fixing it online and the app to no avail. Tried calling HP and they told me I didn't have an account which is not accurate. Do yourself a favor and pay a little bit more and don't buy this printer.

I have bought 2 HP Envoy 6555e printers n the past few months.
Installing each to computers in my ho,e network was an ordeal. Trying to work with HP compounds the ordeal. I finally paid an outside service, SnartTechRestore, to solve the problems.

This is a purchase i regret its very large for its size even though it appears to be of a smaller size in images. It has a very long warmup when powered on also. Every function seems to be slow not very responsive and it's to loud when doing a printing job.

I am not happy with this printer. I have been unable to successfully replace ink cartridges. Nor have I been able to print double-sided in a reasonable period or time. The only reason that I have not returned it is because I keep hoping I will get it to work.. I had an HP printer for many, many years and it worked very well, so I am disappointed.
