    QR code on shelf tag didn’t place my order for in store pick up. I had to go back to the section and take the printer off the shelf and take it to check out.

    Overall a good printer for the price. Prints well and does the job, but I’ve had some trouble with the wireless connection now and then.

    Efficient order and delivery. Set up was quick and easy. This cost effective $99 printer does everything I need, including scan. I did enroll for auto-ship on the ink cartridges because my print volume didn’t justify that. Would be a good service if I printed more.

    Product is great and works well on home WiFi system but HP did allow me to get the 3 months of free ink. I was told the offered expired and had to pay for a subscription for ink!

    love this new model of the HP printer. It replaced a 8 year old printer with 15,000+ pages printer. I like the flat top and built in paper tray. One thing I wish the touch screen tilted

    This printer wish a bit wider than I expected but it’s thin for a printer. It’s easy to use and connect to my phone. I usually print directly from my phone and other times I use my laptop. The only issue is that it prints slower than other printers I’ve had in the past.

    The Hp website’s technical help chatbot lead me down a “rabbit hole” of scary computer security issues and never provided the help I was looking for. The object was to sell me a security system and even had a 5 year discount offer for seniors. I will not visit the Hp site again.

    So far, my niece is loving this device. However, time will tell. Right now, the ink life seems too short. But now she has the larger cartridges from Insta Ink. I pray that the larger cartridges are the solution to this issue.
