    Printer is good quality, but the scanner is quite slow. Thankfully, I don't scan much. The HP Assistant is confusing and I need to learn how to disenable it. Overall, the printer serves my needs.

    Not the easiest to set up...... but print is clear! Conversion on HP INK Smart from old HP printer to new machine was easy. I would recommend this srvice!

    Great printer. Only place to get the ink cheap is Office Depot, all other places are expensive. Also when downloading the printer and computer, they have to be next to router otherwise it will not download. It was a pain moving a desk top and the printer around to get it on line. But the printer is a good printer.

    Overall happy with this printer although there were a few glitches initially when I installed it. Said it had a paper jam even though we didn’t have paper in yet. Then couldn’t get the printer to turn off. Button wouldn’t work. After unplugging a few times finally got everything to clear and reset. Working fine now. One negative I do have is the power button being on the back of the printer. Very inconvenient to get to
