    I could not get it to install to laptop, Geek Squad did it remotely. Took quite a while. But took the frustration off of me!!

    Printer was easy to set up and connect to. Prints well both double sided or single sided. Only issue is colored ink cartridge doesn't last very long.

    This is my first printer with a wireless connection, and so far everything works well. It prints more slowly than my old HP Photosmart 7520, but I'll trade speed for reliability any day. Installation was easy.

    It is a great printer for the cost. I love it. I would give it a 5 except the location is next to the power cord on the back very hard to use. I have to pick mine up and turn it round o turn it on or off.
