This has been a great purchase. Fast shipping from Best Buy. This replaces a 12 year old HP printer that finally was failing. This new printer works great, and the updated app works better than the version we were using to support the old printer. We were already HP Instant Ink subscribers, and enrolling this new printer was seamless and the free 3 months were automatically credit to our account. The sheet feeder is slow but a nice upgrade from our prior printer which required manually loading the flatbed scanner.

Printer performs the job. Above quality printing. Responsive and prints quickly when job is sent. For some reason, despite being connected to the PC with a printer cable, ie: no via the wireless network, there is occasional error that printer is not found, and printer needs to be turned off/on in order to print.

This printer is an inexpensive tool for home use. It was easy to set up-and offers a nice print. However, because so much of it is plastic, I don't believe it could withstand business or heavy use. I had to buy a new printer because my old Canon became incompatible with new versions of IOS from Apple. It will do quite well what I need it to do.

Although this printer is functional after only a few weeks I am having to completely turn it off and then back on to clear out the print que. It is annoying at best. If you add paper between print jobs it also goes into a spastic mode. I am having issues with it printing. You have to now play around with it and hope it will print. You also have to wait a few minutes between requesting another item to print. Very aggravating to say the least.

Great for home or even at home office. Printing in both color or black and white and double sided makes it easy to do what I need done. Also pretty fast. Printed 104 pages double sided and color in under 8min I think. Either way this was a great buy.

Great size and easy to use. Price was right and exactly what I was looking for.
