    Connecting the printer to my HP laptop has been difficult. It was connected and then it wasn't. I don't know if it is a laptop problem or printer problem. I called the GEEK squad where I have purchased maintenance on the laptop but not the printer and they wanted another $39.00 to help me reconnect,

    To make copy it is great. Still having trouble hooking up to computer. The ink they provide is small and doesn’t last long so just buy backups when you purchase. For the money no a bad deal.

    Overall easy to use, I did need some help from the Geek Squad to assist with the setup but the older I get the more obsolete I become with technology. Best Buy and Geek Squad were helpful

    Good printer BUT this printer came with a tiny Black and a tiny tri-color cartridge that prints only 40 pages. After you sign up for Instant Ink, it takes a week to get new cartridges to print your project of any length. If you bought the printer because you have a large project, call Instant Ink immediately and often to get the ink you will need. Once you get the ink, the printer works well.

    This printer replaces an older hp printer. I really liked the older one. This one is just as great and is very easy to setup. I don’t use a smartphone but it was very easy to install with my iPad. The free ink was an added incentive.
