    This thing is a nightmare. It drops connectivity multiple times per day. Restarting the printer is the only way to reconnect - I kid you not! Also, it took 2+ hours to set up. I gave it two stars because when it works, the output looks great. My previous model was the Office Jet 4650, which only lasted two years of home business use. The Envy 6555e was my 4th or 5th HP printer, the quality has fully degraded, and I am done with this brand.

    Printer is good quality, but the scanner is quite slow. Thankfully, I don't scan much. The HP Assistant is confusing and I need to learn how to disenable it. Overall, the printer serves my needs.

    This printer does a good job copying and printing, However, it does NOT have the ability to adjust size when copying. Also, it is stated to be easy to change ink cartridges, however, removing the empy cartridges is much harder than on my old 4055 printer.
