I bought this HP Inkjet Printer to replace another HP Envy model that had served me well over the years. I upgraded a bit by getting a model that has a document feeder for times I have multiple pages to copy. The touch controls are easy to use, and the ink and paper are simple to load. Printing quality is good. I'm happy with my purchase.

Overall for home use only, it’s a great printer. From printing W-2s to DMV paperwork, it will get the job done.

This printer was super easy to set up, even for a non-techy person like me!

Setup was easy but for some reason, it kept going offline. After a couple day, it started working fine. Love the features.

Products works as expected but I paid for Geek to install in my home wireless. The install went very badly. My husband spent an hour on phone with Geek Squad after the service man left & got the printer scanner installed properly

The sales process was infuriating. I purchased the printer online and was told to pick it up in one hour. When i got to the stoeI was told that it wasnt available but I could order it and have it on the 18th(that was on th13th) but I had to pay for it again. O th15th I received an email saying thatsince I didnt pick it up on the 18th that the order was being cancelled. In the meantime you showed it available but at a muck higher price. Also Amazon still showed it but their price was also increased to 180. I told the wife she wasnt getting her printer. On the morning of the 18th I got anemail yhat I had a package to be picked on - it was the printer that I was told was cancelled. I got my wifes present but there were a lot of hoops yo jump thru.

Typical HP printer, easy to set up and use. A bit slow but the low volume use just fine and economical.

This printer does everything it's advertised as. Have already used it to print and to scan some documents. Excellent printer. HP has never let me down.
