Sometimes prints sometime does not.woyld not recommend

I still have not connected this printer to the new computer.

This is the most unreliable printer I have ever owned. #!. It will not remain wirelessly connected. Resto ring an internet connection is almost a weekly affair. #2. Using HP Smart is an unreliable method to reconnect. The app shows the printer connected, but the printer is is not recognized by the laptop. #3. When attempting to complete wi-fi setup the computer does not recognize the password. How does it know what the password is? I have been pleased with all HP printers I have previously used. This one is in my opinion TRASH.

Pleased with the purchase & the installation by Steve from Geek Squad. This HP Envy 6555e was my first successful connection to my new Apple IPad. I’m still learning on both. I had a compatibility problem with my old HP 3510. Thank you to Best Buy for directing me properly!

This printer uses up the expensive ink cartridges in no time! I saw this in some other reviews and brushed it off. Shame on me. A lot of people report that WiFi is constantly dropped. I have not had that problem. But if you have to print color photos, it's cheaper to go to CVS.

I was unable to get the paper feeding working properly. I will be returning it for refund the day after the holiday. I enlisted help with my problem with some one and he failed too.

scans well, the HP smart app is difficult and can't get it to work on my Apple computer.

HP-Envy 6555e printer was offered at a great sale price. Had to wait 2 or 3 days for item to be available at the store, but it was well worth the wait. The pick-up process was quick and easy, and store associate was quite helpful.

The HP Envy printer was easy to set up. It has a screen on the printer that you can see the options. I'm able to print documents from my phone from another room which is convenient.

Price was incredibly low for the type of functions I can use this printer for. Replacement ink cartridges are a great value also.

I just love my wireless all in one printer! I was able to install it by myself and I am not tech savvy. Would recommend this printer to anyone who is looking for a great all in one printer.

Printer works well, a little slower then my previous HP printer.

The printer worked okay, but it did not calibrate correctly at all. the risk of it not calibrating is high. Refunded.

Set up was difficult. It took several hours and even after following directions, the printer kept dropping off the wifi. I almost brought it back, but an HP forum helped me trouble shoot the issue, and 2 updates later, it works fine

Good quality printer. Wish it came with a user manual !

Representative was very courteous and explained to me all the advantages of printer as well as everything I needed to know about wich printer was better for my needs

Not happy... returned it... terrible connectivity with my wifi. Exchanged for another brand.

BUYING MY NEW COMPUTER WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE. ERIC WAS WONDERFUL AND WITH HIS ADVICE, I HAD NO PROBLEM SETTING UP THE COMPUTER AND PRINTER. ZALYN EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME AT THE TIME OF PICKUP. GREAT PEOPLE.
