This thing is a nightmare. It drops connectivity multiple times per day. Restarting the printer is the only way to reconnect - I kid you not! Also, it took 2+ hours to set up. I gave it two stars because when it works, the output looks great. My previous model was the Office Jet 4650, which only lasted two years of home business use. The Envy 6555e was my 4th or 5th HP printer, the quality has fully degraded, and I am done with this brand.

I recently bought a new hp printer. The two associates were very helpful and explained many things I needed to know about this printer. I went back a few days later and another associate helped me with a problem with the software. He was excellent. Great job Best Buy!

Good price, easy set up, and works well. Like the ink supply deal also .

I have been extremely pleased with my Envy 6555e. I originally had problem setting it up, but that was my problem, not HP. I love it. i like the Instant Ink option. I wontrun ouit of inik and have to run to the store when I do.

This printer is amazing! Set up was so easy and left no room for frustration. Prints quickly and neatly! Would recommend to anyone!

I have had the printer for about a month now. I am still getting use to the new printer. I had some issues but was able to work them out. I do like that I can do more on this printer then the printer I had before.

Printer has been great. Had one problem where it would not pront. Shut down computer and it worked fine after that.

Met all my needs. It doesnt offer faxing but something that i don't need. Small, cimpact easy to set up and use.

Works well, great value for the price. Set up did not work per included instructions but once I went out and installed the app I was able to complete installation.

The Envy 6500e was very easy to set up in wireless operation. Function window ease to view and work with.

The print quality is good for the price. Its not the fastest printer, but the app that connects to your phone and lets you print vie WiFi is great!

Easy setup with a nice sleek and compact design. Replaced my old HP printer/scanner with this model.

Very Good. Have not used all the features as yet, but so far I am very pleased with the printer, The only feature I am just okay with is the little digital window on the printer to choose your printing, scanning, should be bigger. I will get used to it, that is only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5.

NIce little printer; problems with wireless/connection with our internet provider(?) so I stopped trying to use wireless. A bit noisy when printing but not bad. Haven't tried any other functions yet. Good size for my small home office.

The print quality is ok, colors come out a little faded. But for a cheaper printer it does its job and frankly I’m happy with it so 4 stars from me. It’s not the best but it doesn’t need to be.
