Very reliable, have had this laptop for over a year now. I like the touch screen ability, as I have this connected to multiple monitors and it makes it easier to quickly access whatever I need versus searching for the mouse. Very lightweight and compact.

Runs fast, battery life is long and touch is perfect

My husband and I meandered into Best Buy one day to check out their laptops. I had been thinking about purchasing one for myself since i started an online course and had also recently purchased a Cricut explore 2. I was not intending to buy one that day. But a helpful associate showed me the Envy x360. It was love at first sight, and I still love it. I do still use my iPad, but this is much better suited for my online class and Cricut.

Bought 2 of these for my twins to go off to college. Lightweight. Great graphics and great features for college needs. Touch screen is an extra addition that I was not looking for but came with this model. I am very pleased on the value for the money on this laptop

This laptop has been amazing! It is fast and versatile and the touch screen is a really awesome feature for the kids. Really recommend a wireless mouse with it as well. If you are looking for a good all around laptop to use at home this is the one!

I purchased this laptop for work to replace an old Lenovo. A year ago, I bought an HP all-in-one for home, and have been very happy with it. I bought this during the back to school sale at Best Buy, and saved a total of $250 - I picked this up for only $600! Super easy Windows 10 setup, an hour or so to download and install updates (I have gig ethernet in my home, so it went quickly), and I was running like a rockstar! The screen is beautiful, and as a touchscreen, works well without having to recalibrate. The B&O speakers sound awesome, and the lightweight aluminum frame is strong but lightweight. For the money, this laptop is a GREAT bang for the buck!!

I originally bought this laptop solely for work and it ended being a laptop I used regularly for pretty much anything I needed on a regular basis aside from work, like checking my personal email and making online purchases. The picture quality is better than many if not most other laptops, but I wish the brightness could go a little higher than the maximum that it's limited to. It has a fingerprint reader which comes in handy for quick unlocking, but after a while it became harder to use so I just stuck to using the pin instead which wasn't a big deal. I haven't used the camera on it yet so I don't know how the quality of it is. There have been times where I won't need to use it so I won't and I'll put it in sleep mode, and even after a few days, I'll open it up and find that the battery percentage wasn't much lower than it was from the last time I had used it. Overall, other than very minor blemishes, it's a great, reliable laptop that's great for everyday use

Was looking for a laptop that would handle software applications for my computer classes at school. Good for the price and the SSD makes this laptop very fast.

I use this computer for writing, researching, and basic spreadsheet work. It is lightweight and easy to take around with me, even with the slightly larger screen size. I love the touch screen and the fingerprint security.

I got this laptop in the Student Deal offer and it is a really great laptop. I love the tablet feature, the touch screen is really good and it is also really fast.

Went into Best Buy to get my old computer fixed. It made sense to buy a new one because of the cost to get my old computer fixed and because my home business was growing. I'm absolutely in love with this computer...its sleekness, speed, light key strokes and all of the other whistle and bells it comes with! I am so happy my knowledgeable Microsoft Expert, Brayden White, recommended this computer to me.

The HP Envy x360 laptop looks elegant and sleek while being considerably compact. It feels sturdy and smooth. The keyboard is stretched and the individual keys well spaced and not cramped against one another. It is also black lit. The display is a Full HD resolution and is quite enjoyable when watching Netflix but I do struggle viewing the screen outdoors. I think that has to do with the display brightness. Audio is good and the grilles in front of the screen direct audio straight to my face and its loud. Performance is okay though it does get hot after some time. Browsing, multitasking and playing games is not bad. My main issue so far is battery life. Its okay at most but I wish it could be better. Apart from that the laptop itself is okay. There is a decent amount of storage. The SSD is reasonably quick and fast at loading. Touchscreen availability and usage is nice.

I was looking for a touchscreen computer that was affordable to use in my teaching using zoom. This is a great computer and lightweight to move from place to place.

This computer was recommended by my IT guy at work, when mine stopped working. It has everything I could ask for - beautiful display, touch screen, changes to a tablet and it's fast!

We love the touch screen and the speed of switching applications. It has worked well for my family of 5 to be able to log on an get working on school and personal docs.

The laptop isn't bulky/heavy and keyboard is standard. Illumination for keyboard is useful for late night study sessions. Good battery life. Great for note-taking/work sessions.

This laptop has been everything!! It's lightweight and touch screen. Easy to navigate. I would recommend this laptop for students and professionals as I am both at the moment!

I am really glad I purchased the HP Envy X360. The processor is quick and the picture is very nice. I like the security lock feature via fingerprint for quick unlock and the versatility of the tablet and lap top. Netflix movies look great and the sound speakers are excellent. I recommend this laptop for everyday use. It's very lightweight and has a good battery life!
