Since purchasing this machine, I have had no issues. Battery life: PERFECT, Keyboard: QUIET, screen size: WONDERFUL! I honestly have no complaints.

Nice 2-in-1. Didn't really want touch screen but was recommended by sales person. Glad I took his advice. Like the speed and clean looking screen.

Lightweight, with a good size display. Computer operates fast and hasn't experienced much lag at all. Would recommend for work or personal use.

I am really happy with my purchase of this Laptop. This was a great buy, sorry, I mean BEST BUY. The image of video and picture is really High Def. The silver color around the PC is great. Keyboard feels great plus they have 2 light up options. The 360 part is awesome use it any way you feel like using it. PC is pretty quick for start up and tasks. I'm not a gamer so I can't say anything on that part. I can say more good about this PC but I'm just going to say it's a great buy. I don't really have any negatives about it at least yet.

I love this laptop. It boots up SUPER fast, is very easy to use and fits all of my computer needs. I am not a gamer nor do I watch many videos or movies on this but the streaming I have done has been perfect. I love that this folds into a tablet and the touch screen works perfectly. I’d say this is a gray laptop for a person that does light to medium computer work (is. Email, bill paying, internet shopping, etc.).

This cup is fast, has great picture, keyboard lights up. It's nice that you can flip it back in to tablet mode as well...albeit a bit bulky because tablets are usually around 7 to 10" typically. My only actual knock after 2months of use is that sometimes the fingerprint sign in can be a bit temperamental. Otherwise, I would recommend this item.

This laptop is similar to the one that finally began to come apart and not function well. I enjoy the back lighted keys for working dim lights. The touch of the keys is far better than the older one I had. They require and actual stroke. I don't accidentally type something by just brushing my finger unintentionally over a key. However, I could not believe that the information with the computer and even the online manual did not show how to turn it on. An arrow pointed to the windows key with "start" written as the identifier. I had to take it back to point of purchase to be shown how to turn it on. Ridiculous. Not very intuitive, but then I am an old person and this is a newer version of my computer.

I like the touch screen. We upgraded to thos from a 4 year old Dell. This is so fast and nice. Love the light up keyboard

This computer is the best I’ve owned by far. It’s fast, handles multiple apps, and the touch screen is awesome as well.

Needed a laptop for my son to assist him in his senior year of high school via cyber schooling. It would serve as an additional platform to go along with the older chrome books issued as the primary device for his classes. My son absolutely loves this new unit with it's speed and this configuration with the solid state drive. I am also impressed with this system and would highly recommend it to friends and family. It's a quality unit that I see lasting for a long time.

Very fast and doesn't slow down when multiple items are open due to the i5 processor. Solid state drive is a big plus. Ample memory and giga-bytes. Touch screen is a nice feature. The only item I feel could be improved is the keyboard. The up and down arrow directional buttons are on the small side. Also, while the keys light up I find them to be on the dim side and somewhat hard to see clearly with the very fine black characters. Overall very happy with this unit.

My previous laptop was old and slow, and like my former laptops, was in the $300-400 range. The speed and picture quality of this laptop make me feel that the (nearly doubled) price tag was money well spent. Wish I had made the purchase sooner. Unfortunately, the only thing the old laptop (Lenovo) had going for it was a really responsive and easy to use touchpad. I often struggle to click on this one in the right spot to get it to do what I want it to do. It meets my needs for work, but it is frustrating and that detail is enough to prevent me from giving this 5 stars.

Love the touchscreen and the sleek design! It’s also lightweight so it’s easy to carry in my backpack.
