A Best Buy employee recommended this computer to me after I explained my needs for a new computer and what I would be using it for. So far, this computer has worked out great for me and my family. It operates so quickly, it is lightweight and sleek. It does exactly what I need it to and it is user friendly. I would definitely recommend this computer.

This is a good computer for my needs: personal finance, finance work for a small non-profit, email, streaming music while working and general simple computer functions. I do not do gaming. The only issue is the keyboard. It has lightly colored keys on a steel colored base. If the computer is not in the absolute proper position it's very difficult to read the keys. There is a backlight available but that can be an issue in a bright (sunlit) room. I've only had this a short time but that is the only issue I have seen.

Excellent customer service in my local store and this computer has a lot of features for school including the touch screen my son loves it and the price was affordable for my budget..i will recomend this computer to any parent planning on getting one without breaking the bank..

This is a very good laptop for the price. The positives for me are: mostly metal construction, a backlit keyboard with number pad, and the hinges are durable because it's a 2 in 1. The display looks great and the connections are all useful. It's not the most powerful of computers, but it has solid hardware that make it work for all common tasks.

This was a replacement laptop for my wife. Right away she commented about how quick and smooth it was. Set up was easy and painless. The only thing she doesn't care for, is the coloring (grey) of the letters on the keyboard. They are kind of hard to read, especially in light glare.

We needed a new community computer for the house and this is a great answer to all of our needs. We needed a school computer and a work computer to store songs and be able to create and edit pics and other basic functions. The tablet feature is convenient and a win for the kiddo. The sound quality for streaming movies is great and love the keyboard!

We love hp laptops this is our second. Our first was purchased for our son going to college as was this one. After four years, the first one is going strong and is now the family computer. When it came time to buy one for our second child getting an hp was our first choice. Best Buy always has the best deals. Love the screen and keyboard.

I absolutely love my laptop! The display is phenomenal. The keyboard is so user-friendly and I like the soft touch of the keys. I also love the size compared to the 11 inch screen I had before this one. The only issues I have are that the edges around the body could be a little smoother and airplane mode comes on after it goes to sleep or powered off. But once again I will say I lovvvve my HP laptop!!! Highly recommend this one!!

A huge fan of anything silver, nice metal finish. Touch screen and 360 feature. Keys engage well. Has the extra number keyboard on the right which appeals to some (I am a lefty so do not use) Enjoying Windows 10 and many features it has. Outstanding photos on the screen page. Unit very thin, closes nice. Seems very well made.

This computer is a breeze to use. Boot up is fast. Finger print scanner is a nice touch, literally. The screen is a great size. The processing speed is great. Having the ability use a touch screen and a keyboard works great for me. Great product HP.

This laptop is awesome. It starts up immediately unlike MacBooks which take forever. I was hesitant about the touchscreen/convertibility to tablet but I found use of it after being on the computer for hours on end. The screen is huge and the quality is great. I especially like the number keypad. Great laptop!

This computer is extremely fast. It shuts down in about 1 sec. I have found it very easy to use microsoft applications - powerpoing, excel, etc. I have watched videos and had no problem. On top of this - this computer is extremely durable. It is made of metal - not plastic and stands up to hard use.

This computer is a huge upgrade from my old Dell computer which ran on intel core i3. I love it and its light weight enough for me to carry around to class. I love the light up keyboard display especially when I am in a dark space. Its hands down the best HP computer I've ever purchased.

I finally treated myself to a new computer and just love it. The salesperson recommended a great option and answered all my questions. My husband and daughter are so jealous. I use it for job search, family budget, watching movies etc. and just love the large screen, touch pad and finger ID.

My HS senior son uses this computer for online college classes at a local college. Starts quickly, allowing him to get into more taking mode rapidly at the start of class. Very lightweight, with reasonable battery life. Would definitely recommend as a good college tool for new student.

Just started my first year of college and needed a new, dependable laptop. One of my requirements was a touch screen capable of pencil drawing. But still powerful enough for the rigors of note-taking, research papers, and online streaming. This has been perfect for me. Love it so far.

I love this laptop. I've had it about a month now and I have no complaints. Before I purchased, the biggest complaint I saw was the battery, but I think the battery life is great. I'm a casual user, and not on it all day like some may be. But for what I use it for, it's awesome.

This is a great laptop! Coming From Apple, this is my first non-apple electronic and I couldn't be happier! The only thing I would want more on it is storage capacity, but that can be upgraded! Definitely go for it if you're looking for something fun but also productive!

This computer can do it all. It was a great choice for me to buy because ts very helpful to do college work on. It also has an extra keypad just for numbers so it is easy to use when your collecting data or doing math. It has a lot of features and its just overall wonderful.
