Love, Love, Love. So user friendly. Quick. Like that it folds into tablet mode. Touch screen is good for games. The 10 digit numeric key is great for work. I really enjoy this computer.

This is a beautiful laptop! Is easy to convert from laptop to tablet mode. It has a fast processor and good touch screen. The only downfall I've found is the lack of an ethernet port.

Versatile laptop...I go from working on my laptop to watching movies with the tablet feature. Nice bright and big screen which came in handy when working from home during the pandemic.

When my old computer died, I had to buy a new one FAST. This was the weekend right before we were all sent into isolation, and I was moving all of my students (I'm a tutor) online and had even made appointments. I had already done some weeding out (no to LeNOvo, horrible experience; no to Surface, overpriced), and was leaning toward HP and Dell. Within 5 minutes, I settled on this HP: fast processor, beautiful graphics, enough storage for my purposes, which do not require a lot of heavy lifting. I have not been disappointed! Love the keyboard. My only complaint is that the touch pad is a bit too touchy, Love the keyboard.

Looks great. I love lightweight but tough shell and log on by fingerprint recognizing along with the touch screen capability. Great overall laptop that I use everyday for work.

I got this laptop because we needed a laptop for my daughter to start this new digital learning due to schools being closed because of COVID-19. Its very powerful, and fast.

This computer worked really well for my office. It was able to handle my office software and wasn’t slow. I would definitely recommend this computer for working offsite.

Got this for school to use for my homework and it’s very straightforward and easy to use. It’s also lightweight and compact so I don’t have to carry something heavy.

This is a great laptop to use for working remotely. My favorite features are the touch-screen and how easy it is to hook up to my dual-monitors.

The machine works great, as you’d expect from a midrange HP laptop. However, I had the geek squad upgrade the storage from 250MB to 1TB. The specs said it had an SSD drive (see the item title). However, it actually contained MDME storage. That’s much better than SSD, but it cost a lot more for the 1TB MDME. With that storage the unit really screams.

Read other people's comments and pulled the trigger. No regrets at all. Well made hardware and performance is top notch given the specs. Buy with confidence.
