long lasting cartridge

Does not work outside USA

Set it up and worked at first but then stopped printing after I came back to USA. Called HP and they said will not work in Colombia. Go figure…. Now I can’t return it because it cost more to ship it back to USA than the printer cost….

Don’t waste your time

It was a great price and I’m pretty tech savvy, but even after 30 min on the phone with customer service, still wouldn’t work. I returned it. HP needs to stop with the complex bespoke software deal

Bad printer

I have had no problems setting up HP and Epson wireless printers as well as many iPhones, smart tv's, tablets, etc. I could not get this thing to connect no matter what, even putting it next to the wi-fi box.

Printer will not function untethered to internet

Drivers were installed (using internet connection wirelessly) and test page printed. Then connected the printer to the laptop with a USB cord. The printer will simply not function unless it has an internet connection. I called Best Buy tech support and (after an hour) they were not able to solve the problem I am going to return the printer because there isn't an option to print untethered to the internet with this printer.
