Not what I was looking for returned the item. Overall experience was not the best the association I did run into as I awaited assisted I had to wait for someone on the printing area to assist me

Does it print quickly? Yes. Is it light and portable? Yes. Is the requirement to have a 2.4 GHz wifi band in order to set up and run the printer ridiculous? Yes. Do not waste your money on this. Spend a little more and invest in a more versatile printer.

It’s just a minimal printer to get the job done . Would be nice to have the paper on a rack rather than laying at the bottom of the printer

My first printer died exactly one day before the warranty expired. HP sent me refurbished one which lasted for a year and the exclamation point began flashing. HP Smart app was good - after login to my HP+ account received a message "Unable to register the printer - Get Support. Called HP support and was told i have to pay for assistance because i am out of warranty. After research, find out the flashing exclamation point means the printer is in a fatal error state. I am not printing much, replaced the original toner cartridge 4 months ago.

This printer is basic and does exactly what I need it for, quick and crisp printing, It is lightning fast. I love the Instant Ink subscription. So easy and convenient.

I finally have it running and I couldn't be more pleased. It works like a dream and has helped keep up with my other orders by being able to have a paper copy to review. HP products have always been good when I get them. I'll continue to do so in the future. Very reliable. Thanks you HP.

It’s already telling me it’s low on toner I only got it in March and haven’t printed much

I am very pleased with my new small printer. I kept my older HP printer, since I can scan and fax with it. There is only one thing I wish my new printer had a special drawer for the paper to be inside the printer. It's something I should have checked before I got it home. But so far the reasonable price and quality is good.

This product works beautifully. It is fast and efficient. Copies are sharp and the printer takes up little space

Please don't buy this. I bought one a couple of months ago. It worked for a short while then stopped working. Indicator lights blinked. Tried to troubleshoot using info from HP, YouTube and other online sources to no avail. I'm not a newby tech person but the diagonostics capabilities of this are pretty lousy. All I can get from the machine is: "Printer setup incomplete." I tried using the web-based setup and the iOs-based setup using HP Smart. Even tried an old-fashioned USB connection. Says it's working and in a few seconds it says it's not set up. I'm giving up and buying a Brother machine with AirPrint capabilities.

Would give zero stars if I could. Nowhere on the box does it mention that it can’t be connected to 5Ghz. Not until you get it opened, plugged in and attempt to set it up does it inform you that 5 Ghz is not an option. The only 2.4 wifi i have access to is unsecured and guess what?…. Doesnt work on unsecured network. I even tried calling customer support and they had no luck trying to connect after an hour on the phone. What a waste of time, energy, metal and plastic!!
