Caution. HP+ Print May Disable Your Printer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.CAUTION. Highly recommend against purchasing this printer. The technology in the printer is unreliable. HP will require you have an active internet connection in order to print even if the printer is otherwise fully functioning. The HP+ Print subscription will disable the printer. If you are seeking a reliable office tool, this is not your option.

Headache often and lots of time spent

If if jams, which is does frequently, the software doesn't clear itself so you must always run the troubleshooter. If you change the toner, the software doesn't' correct itself and good luck getting customer support to help. If you're wifi goes out due to weather, call customer service to have them unload and reload printer. You will spend hours regularly to print simple docs. Most importantly, if you are part of the ink program, which you almost have to be, & if your account has an issue, like you replace your debit card or something and don't update hp, they control your printer so that you can't print. Straight mafia style. Maybe I want to buy my own printer and not go through them?! Again, good luck getting customer service on the phone. If I had to recommend, I'd say don't do it. There are other printer manufactures to choose form. Save your self the time and frustration. IT's not worth it for this little machine.

Best Buy = Worst Buy

I believe Best Buy products are discounted seconds or refurbished gear. Nevery buy anything from here unless you only want it work a couple of months. Also they do not stand behind their shady warranties.

Avoid HP

The connection s/w is terrible, the support is non existent, and it would be more productive to just beat your head with a rock.

low quality and almost impossible to set up
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It took me hours with three HP tech support people to set up this wireless printer. It was a nightmare. One of them even said how difficult it was to work with this printer. I gave up before we completed the registration. By this time I hated the printer. Plus, I realized how flimsy the output tray was: when a page came out, it bended over on each side. I returned the printer to HP--which was an even worse nightmare. Instead I bought a M209dwe from Best Buy. They have easy, humane returns. This laser printer is far superior to the M110we and only $40 more. I was able to set it up myself. It felt like a miracle.

Do NOT Buy this HP Laser Jet Printer !!

You have to register for a MyHP account and you have to pay HP $3.99 a month for thier toner. I am going to return to BestBuy for a full refund!! Do NOT buy a cheap printer, they cost way more when you have to pay HP $48.00 a year for thier toner!!

not working

I have tech support on a lap top i purchase on the 17th.
