Disappointing

This is my 3rd version of this printer and it saves a lot of wear and tear on my more expensive color printer for basic monochrome printing. I spent several hours trying to set up this printer. I have been through at least a dozen printers in the last few years trying to find one that worked for me so I know the basics of setting up a printer Best Buy's Geek Squad refused to help me unless I purchased their annual service. 6 Hours, half a dozen phone calls and 5 people from HP and my internet provider before someone finally figured out this would not work with the 5g internet service and needed to be set up with 3g. Once I got it working, I found that it doesn't feed the paper as well as the previous ones and I have to try several times to get it to print so I won't be using this one much. Usually it's a great little printer but it just didn't work out for me this time around.
