It's smaller than my old HP printer and I like that. It's working currently and unless it gives me any headaches, it will be a fine machine. No headaches yet.

I'm smart -- but not with technology. However, the staff at BestBuy -- especially the Geek Squad (who came to my house to install it & address each and every question/uncertainty I had) -- was absolutely terrific. This HP LaserJet M140w black & white printer has performed beautifully (in the one week of use, so far). I'm super happy.

This is the second time I’ve bought this product. I originally bought one for working at home, four years later that one is still working. While remodeling a new to us home I needed a printer at both locations so we purchased what’s been working excellently.
Easy to set up.
Easy to use.
Basic, no colored inks to deal with.
Highly recommend if you don’t need color prints.

HP App is great and printer quality is good. The paper tray or lack there of is an awkward and flawed design. The product photo provided does not match the reality of the dimensions of the paper vs tray. The paper is not contained nor supported sufficiently and is exposed to potential damage. The printer is small but the extension of the exposed paper requires 3/4 additional space than the printer itself.
