Easy to set up; works well wirelessly with laptop, desktop and phone. I have not used the copy feature yet. I am not a fan of the idea that HP has a chip in the printer which requires the user to use only HP cartridges, therefore I prefer the previous model, but other than that. It is a nice printer.

Little printer but gets the job done

Didn't work in an office but needed, after retirement, a home set up for her every day stuff. Email, banking, etc. So had a few credits. Got this for her and ordered remotely to her local Best Buy for pick up. Her recommended IT guy set up her home office. Loves it.

I only wanted a black and white printer and one that did not sit and think for a long time before printing. I leave it on and I get my print job very quickly. The quality of the print is great! If you are looking for a simple black and white printer that doesn't take a lot of space, this is it!
