Great purchase, it is priced reasonably and was in stock to take home. Set up is another story, it took a lot of trial and error as to HP’s directions. By setting up my iPhone first and then my iMac desk top to get it accomplished

This a a very compact laser printer, great value, it has a scanner but I wish it has a double side printing

Excellent printer for home use. Basic functions but does the job. One problem area: getting WiFi to work. Took one hour on the phone with tech support.

Perfect for my needs I don’t need anything more than black and white. I also like the toner cartridge because my inkjets would always dry up since I sometimes go quite a while without making copies. It came with ink cartridge that will at least last me 6 months. Much more cost effective for me.

This is an excellent product. I recommend to buy it. Its quality is great, is easy to install, to use. You can use several devices for printer out or scan (for example cell phone, laptop,) You can printer, scan and copy.

If you don’t print often and your mot printing photos this is what you want. Toner can sit for years and just work, all ink jets dry up and you end up replacing them or being stuck without ink.

It’s perfect if only printing a few things each month. Ink appears light when printed.

we are both 77. we called 1-800-762-3485 for assistance on how to set up the printer and get it working.The person that helped us was patient and well informed on the easiest way to make it function.

Printer is pretty good. Had a bit of trouble setting up but otherwise was good.

it is a little fussy when it comes to loading paper - It needs about 5 or 6 sheets to realize there is paper -

I love that it prints super fast the only thing is you can double sided if that. What you like but other than that it’s really good.

Just started up a new business and this new printer is exactly what i needed. Its fast response time helps to keep my cutomers from waiting. Its versatility helps me to do so much more than just print a paper. HP is the way to go.

hard to set up with wifi other than that ok, wirks fine looks good

This is a nice printer but seemed to have a lot of problems. I don't know if it was the computer or the printer so I hooked it up to it different computer and had to get on tech support for quite a long time to get it set up again. Kind of complicated. Not sure I would recommend it.

Set up was easy and it stays connected. It does seem to be problem free which printers often are. Sign-up for the toner replacement was easy with HP and I received a backup cartridge in about 2 weeks following purchase.

I wanted a "wired" printer/copier I could use without enabling a WiFi connection. Worked well for a couple of weeks and then stopped all functions. Forced me to setup WiFi, which was a slow and torturous process. More than once was tempted to repackage and return to store. Working well, for now, but would not buy another HP product.

Excellent printer for old people who only use their printer about once per month. The color ink jet printers I’ve had get clogged by infrequent use and it then costs too much to have to clean or replace them.

Not a bad option, but there is a connectivity issue.

Like it but its hard to set it up to the internet.

Convenient for wifi printing needs. The monthly fee was kinda annoying at first before I realized the nice convenience of having the toner cartridge replacement shipped in a timely manner.
