    The HP printer is great, so far. Had a few issues after a couple of weeks. After calling the Geek Squad they came within 24 hours and fixed the problem.

    Rough start. Had to return the first one. The second one is working better. Had trouble with the wireless printing. Now that it seem to have straightened itself out if you’re looking for a reasonable, black-and-white, printer copier scanner, where the replacement cartridges are cheaper than ink printers. This is a good option.

    It’s a perfect little scanner/printer combo and it hooks up to your Wi-Fi . I love it and the kids love it because they download the app and you can print from your phone.

    Great reliable compact printer. Very easy to setup if you download the app and follow instructions. We can print from our desktops, iPads and phones.

    The wireless feature kept giving me problems no matter what I did. At first I thought I was just dumb, but after going through all the forums and hp help center, I realized its just not worth the head ache. So, as a REGULAR printer it works great, but not the other features.

    This HP black & white printer is what I should have purchased initially. Fast and easy with a big toner cartridge that came with my purchase. I do mostly black & white printing anyway.

    I always purchase HP computer products. I had a HP ink jet print and it was frustrating. The ink would dry and printer useless. Switched to a HP laser jet printer. Excellent printer.
