Like it but its hard to set it up to the internet.

Rough start. Had to return the first one. The second one is working better. Had trouble with the wireless printing. Now that it seem to have straightened itself out if you’re looking for a reasonable, black-and-white, printer copier scanner, where the replacement cartridges are cheaper than ink printers. This is a good option.

Great reliable compact printer. Very easy to setup if you download the app and follow instructions. We can print from our desktops, iPads and phones.

I like hp printers. They are reliable. Never have any complaints.

Boy is this printer ever easy. I hadn't purchased a B&W printer only but decided that's all I really need. It even prints from my Iphone!

Difficult to set up. Required a visit from the Geek Squad.

The HP printer is great, so far. Had a few issues after a couple of weeks. After calling the Geek Squad they came within 24 hours and fixed the problem.

It’s a perfect little scanner/printer combo and it hooks up to your Wi-Fi . I love it and the kids love it because they download the app and you can print from your phone.

This HP black & white printer is what I should have purchased initially. Fast and easy with a big toner cartridge that came with my purchase. I do mostly black & white printing anyway.

The wireless feature kept giving me problems no matter what I did. At first I thought I was just dumb, but after going through all the forums and hp help center, I realized its just not worth the head ache. So, as a REGULAR printer it works great, but not the other features.

I like the machine quite a bit. It is simple and easy to use. The setup is very misleading, however, as HP tries its best to steer customers into signing up for an ink refill program and an "HP Smart" online account that tracks when, where, how often, and how many pages you print. If you're patient, you read through the details and set up the printer to preserve your privacy, but it takes some time. It's a shame that such a decent machine can be made and sold by such a shady company. I won't buy HP again.

I always purchase HP computer products. I had a HP ink jet print and it was frustrating. The ink would dry and printer useless. Switched to a HP laser jet printer. Excellent printer.

Great printer. I was looking for something wireless and found this. My family and I love these ease of use. It just works great!
