Great product. I had inkjet printers over the years and they always fell apart with expired ink. I love the photo copy feature. Works great!

Great little printer/copier. I have little technical expertise but had no difficulty figuring out use of this printer/copier.

This is wireless only even though it has a USB port, requires a very bloated PC or phone app to be setup and is buggy. Cant judge on the performance of the printer given it was impossible to setup and after an hour of waiting on hold for HP to be told to repeat the same troubleshooting steps over and over regardless of my feedback or input just gives it a poor rating. If you have older relatives who are going to be using this, just dont. This will be a constant IT nightmare for you as you walk them through setting up a cellphone app which isn't user friendly in the least.

Typically, I don't print a great deal. Why kill more trees? But, when you need to print, you need to print.this HP Laser printer is perfect for my needs!

I am pleased with the HP Printer due to Tyler helping me find what I needed . Then Michael coming to install it and teaching me how to use it.

Compact and efficient. Prints fast, paper tray takes up a bit of space when in use (juts out in front of printer a bit), but otherwise folds up nicely! A little on the loud side, but other than that, I’m pretty satisfied with my purchase.

Works great from phone and IPad. Using it direct from a computer was a little different from direct wired inkjet. Should have bought years ago. Would have saved on ink and having to send things from iPhone to computer to print.

This printer performs as I need it. My initial problems getting it to print Word and some internet items were the result of a computer problem, not the printer.

It was super easy to set up this printer. It’s a great size to fit in my WFH space. It’s super fast as well.

I'm not tech savvy and just needed a basic printer for occasional use. It's fairly simple, and it does the job. I can only use it with my smartphone. It won't work with my Chromebook, but I can work around that. All in all...I'm satisfied.

Works great right out of the box, easy setup, provides easy printing from phone or iPad.

Perfect for my limited use in retirement. No longer have to deal with dried up ink cartridges like inkjet printers.

Printing and scanning work fine once you jump through all the hoops setting up the printer. Thankfully you do NOT need HPs spy software, it prints just fine without. That's where the good news end. During the setup process it forces you to sign up for HP+ whether you want it or not. In the process it asks for all kinds of private information that's none of HP's business. I tried shopping this BS but it seems mandatory. Furthermore, the printer will only work if it has an Internet connection, which is utterly stupid. I want a printer, not some idiotic subscription service. Last HP printer for me, whenever it breaks. Thankfully I rarely print or scan, so this piece of spyware will remain turned off most of the time.

Easy setup with wifi and prints directly from my iPhone, Ipad, MacBook. Only question is I had a document or email atet printed in very small type...

This little powerhouse of a printer is more than I imagined it would be. Jury is still out on the HP toner program.

This is a good printer. I did not know we had chosen a black and white printer but that's ok. Has all the features I will ever use.

I’ve had this printer about two weeks and LOVE it! It was so easy to set up on Wi-Fi and prints from all my devices (Mac, IPad and IPhone). Included toner prints up to 1500 pages. It prints very quickly and in high quality. With the scanner and printer functions this is an incredible value for the price.

I needed a cheap laser jet printer for work and this meets my needs. Loses connection to my laptop and i have to reset everything to get it to print sometimes. If i ever have to replace it, i won’t buy this one again.
