    The printer its self works great. have trouble hooking up to wifi, but its not the printers fault

    Connecting printer to my phone was easy. Connecting printer to my computer was not user friendly and I had call tech support. I printed one page successfully. Six hours later the printer said it was jammed even though it was not and I had only printed the one page. I had to call tech support twice in 6 hours. The fix was to turn off the printer, unplug the printer and then plug it back in and turn it on. I don't want to do this every other page.

    This is my first laser printer! I was a little skeptical at first but as it turns out I absolutely love it. The quality of print is exceptional, It is also very fast. A rep from HP very patiently helped me set it up and he also set me up for Instant Ink, which I love. I would recommend this HP Laser Jet M140 Printer to anyone.

    I found it very difficult to tie wirelessly to my computer. when I finally did, it seemed to have long waits between pages.
