This printer worked the first time I used it, and then every other time I've tried to connect it, it doesn't work. Unfortunately, I only discovered this after the 15 day return policy period, so Best Buy won't give me a refund even though this product clearly doesn't work. I even tried contacting HP, and they refuse to give me a refund even after a representative tried to help me connect the printer to my computer. Not worth the money, I've essentially thrown $150 away.

So far it works well, i dont have any negatives on it. Printing for a Mac & PC.

I replaced a daunting, large printer with this smaller printer. The size fits well in my work area and the application and use of this printer meets my needs. The support for set up and assistance was also helpful!

Honestly the worst printer I've ever had. It has to be connected to some HP online account. After a couple of months it got an error saying "Account error" and to log into my online account to see what the error is... of course there's no error! HP Support were useless. They started giving me instructions for a completely different printer and then wanted to remote into my machine to help! I tried factory resetting it multiple times and then it would no longer even be able to add to my account. Biggest waste of money I've ever spent on a printer!

Have not used it much, but it has worked great for what I have printed.

We needed something that would work w/ the Mac Mini and this has been very good. Gave it four stars because the paper resource sits outside the machine, but that's the penalty for getting a smaller footprint on the desk. We like it for that reason. Trade off. Con: HP tries to make you believe that you have to only use their dust and register it with them to use,,,not so.

The printer may have worked okay, but the drawback was that the printer had to be connected to the internet to work properly. Since our use of the printer was for mobile purposes, ensuring connection to the internet may not always be possible. I returned it before even opening it.

Price is very affordable and reasonable. Fast and efficient.

Works well and is solid. Turn this on and the printing happens very quickly as compared to our previous impact printer.

unfortunately, I had to return this printer for a refund. I tried to hook it up, but it made me download new software, new drivers, but it still didn't connect. I couldn't be bothered with that much headache on a printer.

This is the best printer, hands down. It faxes, scans, copies, prints... all with the help of a smartphone. Best printer I have ever had. The app is awesome and so easy.

One of the smallest, best price for a home printer. If you don’t need a color printer this is the one to have. Prints fast and clear. No issues so far.
