One of the smallest, best price for a home printer. If you don’t need a color printer this is the one to have. Prints fast and clear. No issues so far.

Owned it for 10 minutes and took it back. Nowhere in the description does it say you have to be connected to wifi and on the internet in order to print to a USB connected printer. I am sure it works ok on wifi, just will not work in my environment.

The printer was easy to install and has performed well. We particularly like how we have been able to access the printer across our entire household network.

I have not been able to use it. I had issues down loading drivers. I have Total Tec, I waited over 45 minutes. When no one came online to help me, i ended the call. Have not called again. I will do that soon.

This is my first HP print after being a cannon guy for many years so far it has over exceeded my expectations. I strongly recommend it

Breaks constantly. Worst printer I ever bought. Purchased geek squad insurance coverage. Spent four hours on the phone with five different texts yesterday from India. Each but the last one hung up on me every time after spending time with me on the phone. They no longer come to your house to service your equipment. They wanted to charge me $79 without any new parts to come and look at my machine. Totally disgusted with the whole process. Purchased as a result, I would never purchase anything from Best Buy again completely frustrated by the experience.

I agree with everything ethanh said. Set up was a beeze. No problems connecting to wifi, and took about 15 minutes. This is a sweet little printer!

Great Product. Gets job done for basic home use. We print daily projetcs for kids using WIFI. Very easy set up as well.

Although we had some challenges with the online software, once we got it set up it's been great. Very fast printing.

Kari, a very nice salesperson, said that because Bluetooth is included, I could print locally from cellphone and ipad. HP setup chat says no ! This is NOT a Bluetooth capable printer.

It works well and easy to use. We originally wanted color and double sided, but this printer's printing quality is very good and clear. The design is nice, modern and small, so it can fit anywhere. It seems to be pricey for such a simple printer. But averall we are satisfied.
