Very nice printer. Easily connects to WiFi, prints and copies clearly, and is sturdy. I haven’t used the scanning functionality yet. I’m sure it’ll work well also.

Took geek squad less than 15 minutes to hook up to wireless, and show me how everything worked. Printer is a dream, push print and just a few seconds later the pahe appears. Fast!

Just what I wanted - just a black and white printer and copier, no bells and whistles I don’t need. Another important feature - it’s really small.

Owned it for 10 minutes and took it back. Nowhere in the description does it say you have to be connected to wifi and on the internet in order to print to a USB connected printer. I am sure it works ok on wifi, just will not work in my environment.

Simple to use compact and reliable. That's all I needed my for home office. It checked all my boxes.

I have not been able to use it. I had issues down loading drivers. I have Total Tec, I waited over 45 minutes. When no one came online to help me, i ended the call. Have not called again. I will do that soon.

This machine is awesome. The printing is so clean and precise. Don't take long to print and it works fine with my computers. I would suggest others buy one.

The printer was easy to install and has performed well. We particularly like how we have been able to access the printer across our entire household network.

Breaks constantly. Worst printer I ever bought. Purchased geek squad insurance coverage. Spent four hours on the phone with five different texts yesterday from India. Each but the last one hung up on me every time after spending time with me on the phone. They no longer come to your house to service your equipment. They wanted to charge me $79 without any new parts to come and look at my machine. Totally disgusted with the whole process. Purchased as a result, I would never purchase anything from Best Buy again completely frustrated by the experience.

I kind of wish. All printers had color instead of just black-and-white. I’ve had a few problems with this printer. I honestly would not recommend this one unless you are wanting something for a cheap.

Don’t waste your money. You’ll have connection issues since the beginning. This is a WiFi only printer and must use the HP Smart app to setup. Good luck having a reliable printer. Quick search online proves this is not an isolated issue.

Unpack, plug in, download app, discover printer and add it to your Wi-Fi. High quality laser printed documents come shooting out! Enough said.

Kari, a very nice salesperson, said that because Bluetooth is included, I could print locally from cellphone and ipad. HP setup chat says no ! This is NOT a Bluetooth capable printer.

I agree with everything ethanh said. Set up was a beeze. No problems connecting to wifi, and took about 15 minutes. This is a sweet little printer!

Great Product. Gets job done for basic home use. We print daily projetcs for kids using WIFI. Very easy set up as well.
