Was surprised to find a toner printer at such a reasonable price. So far, just loving it.

Keeping network connection is impossible. Toner didn’t last a few weeks and replacement are $150. Plus it has a chip in the toner cartridge so 3rd party toner is a struggle.

Love this printer. The app set up is not fun but once it’s done, it’s an easy & reliable printer.

Excellent printer for home or small office. This thing is powerful and extremely useful in my household. Unboxing and setup: Pretty straight forward, just printer, toner, power cord and a setup guide. Take it out, install toner cartridge, plug is in and then quick setup using the HP Smart app on my phone. Once connected to the WiFi it basically does the rest for you. My phone and laptop both found and installed whatever drivers they needed instantly and we were off. Placement of this printer is made super easy as well since it is just wifi and can go anywhere that you have a wifi signal and a power outlet - it also has a very small footprint which helps to allow placement just about anywhere as well. Usage: Comes with toner cartridge good for a stated ~950 pages depending of course on what you're printing. I've been through about half a ream of paper with no hiccups and no light areas across the pages. First page comes out quickly and then rapid fire 21 ppm after that. I really like the HP Smart app as well, allows for effortless scan/print/copy right from my phone so I don't need to get my computer out every time I need to print an email something like that. Hopefully won't need it but the HP+ is clutch for extended warranty and free replacement toner as well.

This is truly the most disappointing product. One must buy the printer. Ok. no problem. Once purchased, however, must have internet, must download app, must create an account, and then a subscription plan is necessary to set up the product. Can't print until you do. Now you need to select a printing plan! Decide how may pages you'll be printing monthly and set an account with a credit card. Not just to get refill cartridges. NO. You need to pay for printing pages. As if you were leasing a vehicle and had to pay for mileage overages. What is the upside of paying per page on a printer I purchased? There is no possible way it prints 21 pages per minute. There is no feeder tray. I had to go to Office Depot because it is slow and then it shut down to avoid overheating!!!! I also would need my computer or phone's camera to scan documents because the HP LaserJet MFP M140w does not support scanning at the device. I returned it to the store. Even without the subscription (supposedly one can use a purchased HP cartridge without a subscription)it is a poor product. There is a tracking device embedded in the product to prevent the use of non-HP toner cartridges. One must agree (check the box and submit) to never use a non HP cartridge. HP Cloud services loads before the app even opens, I question if there isn't an image capture embedded also. All in all, it not a good enough product and I don't need my printer tracking me.

This printer is great. My assistant controller uses it every day to print checks. Easy setup. A+

HP disabled my printer remotely after I cancelled the cartridge subscription! You must have a paid (or promotional) subscription to use the printer. That was not made clear with the product purchase, nor is it stated the manual. Disappointed in HP.

I have not yet set it up. Tried for over an hour the day i purchased it. Kept saying printer not found. Moving iffice area next week, will try again. Will xall foe help if it continues.

Impressive, small footprint laser printer with a quick response and print time. Cost effective!

A little over 30 days after starting to use this it stopped working and would only print a page which said you can no longer use the device without setting up an account and subscribing with HP. HP tech support nor Best Buy geed squad could get it to work after this happened. Buyer beware.
