    I haven't been able to keep it printing since I got it5 weeks ago, The HP people can't get it set up properly and I am soon to take it back if Geek Squad can't fix the problem.

    This printer is cheap but sometimes you get what you pay for. Set up only took a few minutes and I printed a test page. Not the best quality but ok for what I needed. 2 day’s latter tried to print and it wasn’t on Wi-Fi, took me 30 minutes to get it on so I could print. It printed so small you could barely read it, had to in large it so much it was hard to read. So I tested the next day and same thing not on wifi and printed something different and it was small. Decided to take it back and spend alot more and get something better.

    This is a quality printer, and once I got it working, I was happy... But that was after 2 hours of frustration, ultimately spending a lot of time with customer support. Apparently it only connects via 2.4 G Wi-Fi and does not support USB. My Wi-fi was 5 G. This was not made clear when I purchased it. The nice tech lady spent over an hour with me until it worked. Also you need to use their "HP Smart" app if you want to scan.
