    The worst printer ever purchased. HP actually replaced it twice and still continued to have the same problem. Paper feed issue. I decided to trash it and purchased a newer printer.

    Terrible printer. Do not buy this printer. We are throwing ours away. It will not connect with any Os17 device, yet it shows the printer on the network. We have owned many printers and this one simply does not have the capacity to work well on Wi-Fi. A real waste of money. Spend a little extra and get a real printer. We’re disappointed HP would put this product on the market.
