Do not purchase

As I began to troubleshoot HP help desk told me that this printer will only work on one stationary network. I was told my a store associate that it was one of their best “business travel” printers. I never got it to work - wasted money for the purpose.

Good basic laser printer

Has excellent output for the price but lacks many features that ink printers at the same price-point such as duplex printing and a document feeder.

Could Not Install

To begin with, the starter website gave a list of HP models to click on and two models appeared on the list but not this one, and even with an hour of HP Support this printer wouldn't install on my laptop. I'm puzzled because I know this HP printer is popular. By the way, for my WIFI I use a hotspot device set at 2.4 GHz as required for wireless printers, and on previous wireless printers my device has been quite sufficient.

HP is no longer quality

HP was a great line of printers once. I will never buy one again. I can't get this to stay connected to wifi. Support is useless and apparently they have no idea I have had three tickets for the exact same problem. As a side note I am high level technology engineer and the problem is not my network.

Done w/HP

Got tired of getting the same computer generated responses from "customer service" when trying to make adjustments/changes. I had asked the clerk at the store for 'the simplest usb/wifi/Bluetooth printer they had - strike 1, no usb when i unpacked it!!! All downhill from there...
