Nothing but issues with this hp printer. “!” Continuously flashing and $52.00 hp toner purchases and still will not work. Hp wants to get feedback on every move you make with printer and wants to control what I use for products. NOT HAPPY!

I love this printer!! I can't believe that I have gone my whole life using inkjet printers that always run out of ink after I print 3 pages and leave it sit for a month. I will never go back to inkjet again.

Great printer/copier. However, the small menu display located on top is difficult to see and operate for elderly person with it set up on filing cabinet.

Worst customer service I ever encountered. Some guy from another planet trying to over bill HP. In two hours, he couldn’t like my HP laptop with the HP printer! Two hours! I hung up on him and returned the printer to the store. Too bad I really like the printer. I ordered a Brother instead. In the early 90’s I owned a HP 4MP and it worked flawlessly, I donated it to a charity after my personal use of 10 years.

This printer is garbage. I have had it for less than a month and the wifi antenna doesn't work. For several weeks it made a connection, but now can't find the network even though nothing has changed and I've tried to reload it several times. I've messed with my router, too. My tv, phone, and computer can all find the network. But my brand new printer can't.

If I could give this printer zero stars I would. Ever since I purchased it, it continues to have an error message showing on printer. I’ve reset it so many times and every time I go to use it, it has an error and says it cannot find the printer. This printer is one of the worst purchases I have ever purchased and has not worked right since purchasing it,

Printer quality is great and quick. However, they make you register for this ridiculous HP+ account and until you do you CANNOT PRINT! It doesn't tell you that you have to make an account to just be able to print normally. This will be the last HP printer I ever purchase, ridiculous that you can't just print.

Horrible printer. It grabs the paper it just printed on and prints on it again. You have to stand next to it, wait for each page to print, and grab each page before the printer does. On top of it, it stopped connecting to wifi in the first week.

Easy, quick installation and setup. Fast start, quiet, rapid printing. did not realize that it does not print color, only black, but can live with that. Compact, does not take too much desk space. Highly recommend.

It's a good low-cost laser printer scanner. However, the set-up process was extremely difficult. Was on telephone with very competent HP Support person with screen sharing for 90 minutes to complete the set-up

Junk, worked for a week and then stopped working. Typical hp software problems. Half of any hp equipment I’ve ever bought has software problems. I try not to buy any hp if I can help it

Set up the printer and it was working but after a few days it would not connect to my mini mac. My sone who bought the same printer tried to get my printer functioning. I need the Ghee Squad to visit me.

Will not print with UBS unless you set up for wireless. Won’t work at all if you don’t open HP account. This is not revealed until well into the setup. Dealers not good about taking them back. Don’t waste your time or money

Highly recommend you DON'T buy this printer! I'm in IT and have been a long-time HP printer user. The ones that use their HP+ subscription service will cost you more over time and are a pain in the neck to troubleshoot. I absolutely regret this purchase and will never buy an HP again.

This is an excellent printer! The 2 stars is for Hewlett Packard. It's always been a good brand. Best Buy sent an email containing hp's new, updated terms and conditions. I have to keep my printer on - always or whatever...See, those terms and conditions read like a legal booklet. It would most likely take someone much smarter than I am to understand it. And I'm a retired accountant! I will call and see if I can keep the printer, let HP keep the rest of the 8 months of ink, buy a normal ink cartridge somewhere, like I always have, and ask HP ink to step out of my life. They are not welcome. And thanks, Best Buy, but no thanks - keep your points.
