First wireless printer so not familiar when having network issues. But easy to use and so convenient when I need to print. Used for basic printing. No need for color ink.

So far so good. I am not crazy about the difficult way to increase the darkness of the print, but the little handbook explained the stacked options well enough. The rocker switch for the power is very good. It takes a good second to work. This printer is not fast, but efficient and I like the fact that it is wireless. Such a nice size for home use.

Very handy small faster and cheapest printer ever buy

Small and lightweight. Print’s fabulously and with the free 6 month ink I had a new toner delivered upon my return home. I used this for a trip to an area that has zero printing shops or electronic stores. So it traveled superbly. Just black and white laser jet that gets the job done.

I wish we had this a few years back. Is using a black ink only different? Yes. Great for printing forms. Super fast and quiet. Gone are the days of watching the printer stand shake and wobble. Whisper quiet, no more waking the pets lol.

Good quality, compact and fast printing. Just instal the software first in your phone and then computer, otherwise It will take forever instead of less than 5 min with your phone. Overall I’ll recommend this printer for black and white documents, saving ink and for foiling proyects.

Great printer! Easy to set up and use and saves a ton of money. Inkjet printers are a scam, this is quality printing for a reasonable price.

I am happy to report that this printer has been trouble free. It is small and quiet. I bought it on March 3 2023 and just now need to buy ink. I did receive first 6 mos. With purchase Best Buy has a good product and help with any issues.

Easy to setup and load. Auto refill cartridges is a great idea. New cartridges sent as needed. Connected entire home and cellphones to scan, print which maximized time. Wish it came with additional software to print labels or t shirt transfers, it is that good of a printer

The printer works well when it is set up. The installation was difficult. I do NOT use wireless, but had to set it up as wireless first, and only then connected the wire cable to my PC. After a couple calls to the Hewlett Packard help desk they remoted in and tweaked a couple more settings to help it find the M140we model. And now it works fine. I wish it were easier to set up with the cable. Older customers, such as myself, may NOT use wireless devices. The installation was difficult.

This small laser printer works great for my purposes. It's black and white, and it also scans. I didn't need a larger color capable laser but I wanted higher print quality than ink jet. The price was also great for its functionality. Would recommend this product.

The copier is awesome prints very guickly. Easy set up. Light weight easy to move from one place to another. Holds large amount of paper if needed. This HP prints black and white.

I love this printer. It's got a snarl footprint and fits nicely on my computer desk. It's lightweight and was relatively easy to set up. However, due to the age of my laptop I wasn't able to complete the setup wirelessly all in one go. I had to go back to Best Buy to purchase an ethernet cable to connect the printer to the laptop. As soon as I did that I was able to complete the setup. I removed one star because of this. Had I known this from the start I would've purchased the cable at the same time as the printer. Overall, I find this printer is perfect for my needs. Since I don't do a lot of printing I opted for a laser jet rather than ink jet printer to help save on the cost of ink. As we all know by now, if you don't use your ink jet printer frequently you may wind up having to replace your ink cartridges quite often as they dry out due to lack of use. Not so with laser jet toner cartridges. I also don't print photos, mainly text. Therefore, as I'd mentioned, this printer is the perfect one for my needs. This printer comes with a toner cartridge. However, since I wasn't sure how many documents can be printed with the supplied cartridge, I purchased a toner cartridge just to have on hand for when the temporary one runs out.
