Great product. Wish it did printing on two sides, but can’t have everything

Not a user-friendly product, needs HP or BestBuy Technical support to set up, once set up, often loosing connectivity.

Great small printer which uses less ink. I use for making labels mostly black and white.

This printer was easy to setup and worked seamlessly, until I tried to take it offline. Requires a toner subscription to HP, and must be able to connect to HP website, after the initial setup.

This HP laser printer is awesome! Consider the size of this thing. It's the smallest laser printer I've seen and it does an outstanding job printing. If all you need is a laser printer (B&W) with a built in scanner then this is for you. If you're like me and have a home office where space is a premium then this will literally fit right in. Setup is straight forward enough if you've used any other recent HP printers. Connect it to your Wi-Fi network then install the HP Smart app then you'll be able to print effortlessly from any connected device with the app installed. And scan! I have this printer connected to my Mac Mini, my MSI gaming laptop, my iPhone, and my iPad Pro. This means I can print or scan with any of my devices anywhere in my home. Comes in rather handy when sitting on my couch and I need to print off something from my email and I'm feeling too lazy to get up, walk to my home office, fire up one of my computer, and then print something. Handy! Print quality is on par for a laser printer in this price range. It's black and white and it won't win any awards for a super hi DPI but this printer is not meant for that sort of printing. This is perfect for a home office where you need to occasionally print or scan something. The biggest thing for me is the size. This thing is great if office space is a premium and it is about half the size of my other laser printer.
