    Purchased in April of 2023: Leaving review Feb 2025. I have had this printer long enough to say that it could be better. When it prints...it prints fine. The problem is just that.....WHEN IT PRINTS. If I try to print from my phone it will not print like it should. The other day it would print the first of 3 pages and say it was jammed. It wasn't. I finally had to get my laptop to get it to print the entire document. It has error codes a lot. It also needs to be restarted a lot. I have had it print the first page of something 3 times and not print the 2nd page at all. Very disappointing for a HP printer.

    great size, only complaint is not color but for size/price great value. con is that dont like that it asks for internet connectivity... why HP?, marketing/telemetry?

    This printer has been great so far. I love the wireless feature. It was very easy to setup, and I’ve had no problems at all. I don’t do too much printing, but for my printing needs, it’s perfect! Also, it’s nice and compact, so it doesn’t take up a lot of space on my desk. Would recommend!

    The printer is great but I have to say the HP software is not the greatest. Printer prints in black and white and does that well. Scanning and copying works as expected.

    excellent HP Laser. It was very simple to set up and well for the printing page on one. cartridge is the double of the laser M140we which started to have issues on the paper tray not feeding the paper to the print.
