This is garbage, last HP printer I bought was 2002. It finally died. Bought this printer which is 3x the price and it's my second time returning it. It doesn't print out wirelesly . It shows on the unit it's connected to wifi and Bluetooth but will not print. Done with it. Down grading to a regular 200.00 model

Having troubles getting it to connect consistently with my computer.

I am really disappointed with this print. Too many issues for the price I paid for this printer.

it does not work with windows 11 which the tech installed without my authorization major conflict even posting state there are problems nightmarish at best is all I can say

At first glance, this is a lovely design... Now I wish HP put the same amount of attention on the unit's function. Every time I print something, it sounds like the rollers are grinding. It may print over the network a few times and then lose its way. You can't find the printer from multiple computers which in most cases require a complete restart.

Just received the printer and followed the setup instructions. I’ve had an HP printer for years and use the HP Smart app consistently. The app doesn’t recognize the new printer. The app also doesn’t give an option to configure the printer by model nr, serial nr., etc… i hope to change this rating if it ever gets loaded on the app.

I have been purchasing HP Printers for my small office for YEARS and these last 2 I've purchased have been S%*T! And for the same reason both times...putting lines on document fed scans. The first one I only had for about 2.5 years. This newest one I've had for 5 months! And of course, Best Buy can't do anything so I have to go to "the manufacturer". That's going to be fun! You would think that when you spend $600 on a printer and then another $120 for EACH toner cartridge, they would work longer than 5months to 3 years!!!

Piece of junk! It had error codes right out of the box. Fixed them and now it has an event code that it will not get past. Best Buy will not return it after just 54 days!!! I'm a benefits member, but it doesn't matter. Why would small businesses deal with Worst Buy if they don't stand behind the product they sell? Done with Worst Buy.

This review is for the HP - LaserJet Pro 4301fdw wireless color all-in-one laser printer. This is a highly capable printer that offers a wide range of features. Great for small to medium sized businesses. The first thing that jumped out to me was how fast the printing speed was. It can print up to 35 color pages per minute. Great for high volume printing demands with high quality prints. The print quality of the LaserJet Pro 4301fdw delivers crisp sharp prints with high resolution. Great for both text documents or graphics. Not only can it print well it also copies, scans, and faxes. It has a built in automatic document feeder that works good when scanning multiple pages, saving time and effort. This printer also supports mobile printing. I was easily able to print multiple different documents from my iPhone with ease. You can connect it to your network either wirelessly or with an ethernet cable. Setup was fast and easy after unpacking the unit. Overall this printer meets all the needs of my small business. From its fast printing speeds, high quality outputs, scan and copy capabilities. And I just like the looks of this printer also.

It’s ok. Not sure it’s worth the money. It goes in standby and it takes a power cycle to wake it up. It also leaves small dots on the printed labels or paper. HP support is terrible. I would not buy this or recommend it.

extremely unhappy since the price of the printer was $ 150 less several days before i purchased it. i spoke online to customer "service" they said nothing they could do. i read there was a price guaranty and a month and a few days later the price dropped again and i called customer "service' and no i missed the window by a few days. someoine was supposed to e mail me...nevere did

Worse printer I have ever owned. It won’t even read the original ink cartridges that are sent directly from HP. It is at the point it is printing old documents instead of what I’m actually printing or not printing at all. Gave me problems two weeks after I bought it.

I have had this printer for a year and it’s a fight all the time to get it to work right. The feeder doesn’t work have the time, sometimes you can’t copy even laying it flat, it’s the biggest headache

Printer took 4 hours before I got a single print. Couldn’t find out what was causing the problem so returned the printer.

When it works, it works great. Sadly Ive spent the past six weeks with only the printer function working. Scanning and Copying no longer work, and there is an error code that can not be cleared out. HP support has been unable/unwilling to provide any assistance.

Had difficulty staying connected to the network from the time I set it up and it would not print. Spent two hours on the phone with Geek Squad the day after purchase and they were able to reconnect it but it stopped printing again the next day.

Arrived DOA. The ethernet connection will not connect. Plug and Play totally dysfunctional. Even with a USB to B cord, my computer could not find the printer. I will exchange it today.

In 8 days, this machine stopped printing. Pathetic

We have had this printer for 2 months, have spent many days and hours on the phone with HP and it still doesn't work right. We tried. It looks like its on its way back to Best Buy.

This printer is nosiy. After only a couple of weeks it started buzzing after printing. The only way I could make it stop was to keep turning it off and back on, very dissapointing for the price paid.
