I can't review the copy/fax machine because I did not receive it. It was shipping by ups and they tried 1 time to deliverer after hours and never tried to re-deliver and somehow it got lost and never got delivered and this was was paid for. I called Best Buys and was told it was lost, so I got my money back and ordered from another place.

I persistently jams when I try to print envelopes and also stops scanning until I get service in. I've twice had to pay for Geek Squad guys to come in and fix it, and after they leave when is starts working properly, it fails again. I've already paid around $200 to fix a $550 printer that I bought less than two months ago. If you need a printer, GET A BETTER ONE THAN THIS!

Paper always jamming. It's so frustrating. Don't try to scan an important document through the feeder, you may regret it.

I spent way too much money on this for it to only work some of the time! Of course I went on vacation soon after receiving it and it is no longer able to be returned.

This 3301fdw has been an excellent printer for our needs! Originally bought the 3301sdw model and found out it did not have duplex scanning. Had to return it to the store for exchange. However, Best Buy did not have the 3301fdw in store. Best Buy website listed it, sold through Staples!?! Still went through with purchase on Best Buy website, HOWEVER, since it was being sold through Staples, there was NO additional warranty or extended warranty plans offered! Found out the 3301sdw and 3301cdw models do NOT have duplex scanning, despite HP's web site specifications stating they do! Buyer beware. This model does cost another $100 for this feature!

This Printer is way too overpriced for its quality. It does not SCAN on a Mac unless you use HP's software, which is not great and has minimal options. The printer is very loud and sounds like it's going to fall apart. It does can double sided (using their software). It's jammed on me using the feeder a lot. For the price of this machine, it should work much better, and it is not as MAC friendly as they advertise. I would look elsewhere for a printer, especially if you are going to spend this kind of money for one.
