The best for a family run business. Speed, Size and Cost

Had to use U-tube for some help but there is alot of information there that will help setting it us and trouble shooting and I even has a video of how the take it apart and put it back togeather, now I love the 2604sdw :aser printer.

I needed a replacement for my HP MFP 277 and was looking for something with less expensive toner replacement cartridges. I didn't need another color MFP so this was the perfect choice. With a replacement refill kit under $30 for 5000 pages I decided to give it a shot. I prints perfect imiges and fast!

This has ben one of the best printers i ever owned. Ease of det of and continuous ease of use everyday. No issues at all

So far so good. I set this up at my mother's small business and the user loves it so far. Apparently the ink comes preloaded and lasts up to 2 years. It is also rated to print thousands of pages a month which was needed. Time will tell if it is as good as it says.

Really good, speed is the most, not complicate, so is good.

HP support was no help. Contated remote twicefor a total of 6 hours. Notconect wireless at tmes. Sometimes printer could not find documents in que. Some better now after resetting a. Few times. When it is working it does a good job. Glad it has a two year warranty. Admiral Irick

Very easy to set up and fits nicely in our cabinet. So far the printer is working perfectly. We also were able to trade in our old printer for $30 off.

It wasn’t the easiest to set up for me. That’s why I’m giving it four stars. Once it was set up it works great. I did not need color. That’s why I purchased a black and white. I haven’t done a printing yet, so I do not know the quality of the ink. We haven’t done a lot of copying yet. The wife wanted one that she could hook up to her phone wi-Fi so she could print off recipes so right now that’s where we’re at only had it a week.

Easy setup and works great. Love the fact that this is a tank printer and comes with supposedly up to 2 years of toner (depending on your usage). It is large, so takes up more room than my older printer.

After living with an old ink jet printer for years this laser jet is great. Very fast printing and two sided copies are really handy. The front loading paper tray is very convenient. Haven't exercised all of the functions yet but I am very pleased with my purchase.

Setup was easy both for ethernet and Wi-Fi. Print and scan as advertised. However, not really an all-in-one printer since it does not have fax capability. Need mobile fax (a subscription service) if you want this feature. Thankfully I have other options for faxing.

Absolutely impressed with this product! Using the HP Smart app I have every device in our house able to print from anywhere. Set up was was so easy - zero frustration. Printing is a breeze. Scanning feature is very handy. Autofeed for multiple pages - up to 40.

This printer was pretty easy to setup. It prints clear and quick. A huge plus is that unlike inkjet printers you don't have to pront a lot to keep the cartridge from clogging. I also liked that it came with a 2yr supply of ink. The only negative so far is that when scanning from the feeder the paper doesn't feed without angling a bit.

EXCELLENT PRINTER SCANNER COPIER. ONLY DOWNFALL, I WISH IT WOULD DUAL PERFORM. My old system, I could print and scan at same time. This new printer will not do this, one cancels the other out if you try to make it multi task.

This a nice compact printer. Best part is it seems to never run out of ink!

Replaced a 15-year-old hp Laser printer that served me very well. So far the 2604sdw is serving me even better. Time will tell if it will last 15 years (LOL). So far I really like the new printer.

Good printer, but the manual lacks. Not clear how you get one page to 2 sided print with the document feeder. Also the control panel is very cryptic. The older models with the readout screen and function menus were easier to use.

So far so good. I would say 5* on the tank feature, which was the selling point. Lots of copies before ever needing to think about ink. And even then, no hassle with cartridges. I gave this an overall 4* because I find the HP to be poor, and it is necessary to use for setup or to reestablish WiFi connections.

Easy set-up. No hassles tying my phone and tablet to wirelessly print. I struggle with most technology, thiswas the easier than anything else I’ve installed in the past
