Tim went above and beyond to ensure that the new printer was installed effectively and that the wi-fi to it was working properly on my other devices. He was fast and efficient, provided good advice, and was personable and professional. I've come to depend on the Geek Squad and Best Buy technical support for all my equipment needs, including appliances, both for purchase and installation, at home and for my rental properties. Thanks for the great experience!

This product does deserves less than one star. Most frustrating installation I have ever encountered. Comes without instructions, automatically times out after 120 SECONDS (even after resetting time out) HP SUIPPORT chat line responded to my chat, "I'm new at this support & can't help, I will connect you to support".????
