Images are very good and we like being able to print via WiFi, very handy when checking email via phone.

Broken in less than 5 days; cust svc difficult

I've had it for less than a week, have spent hours on the phone with customer service and am unable to use it until a part arrives which could take up to 3 weeks. There is no guarantee that it will fix the problem. You are required to use the HP virtual assistant to try to get help. It has a major issue that has resulted in cyber security issues. Reaching customer service is difficult and time consuming. I do not recommend this printer.

This one checks all the boxes. Printing speed and paper tray speed is fast enough. Not as fast as a true commercial model but this one is not as large and expensive either. We use it mostly for work related printing and scanning and does the job in flying colors.

Quality Printer scanner - cartridges too expensive

Which is an annual budget of $1,800 a year. There is no substitute as reviews show the knock offs will ruin this machine. so I marked yes to recommend purchase.
