The printer looks good but I was looking for a multifunctional printer so I returned it.

Purchased for at home work. Works great! Have had no issues. Have run over a thousand sheets so far and still have not had to add ink. Would buy again.

This is my first laser printer and I now ask myself why I didn't have a laser printer before. Out of the box the setup for this printer is a breeze. Simply follow the tutorial paperwork in the box for setup and you will be up and running in minutes. You need to download the HP App product and that gets the installation started. The toner cartridge is already loaded and you are ready to go. The supplied toner cartridge ink provides you with 5000 copies. That is right, 5,000 copies ! The toner is a refillable cartridge. There is a toner notification feature on the body letting you know how much toner is needed. The unit itself is standard sized. The printing sound is normal. The printer easily connected to my network. Wireless printing is easy and smooth. I printed via bluetooth from my laptop, tablet, and desktop. I also printed from my android phone with no problems. There is the ability for direct wired printing as well. A USB connection is provided. Everything needed is in the box. This printer is very fast. The print quality is exceptional. The printer responds extremely fast to the print command. You can print 8.5 x 11 and 8.5 x 14. The paper tray holds a good amount of paper. One odd thing is that there is a cover that covers the paper tray so you need to remove the cover to check to see remaining paper. While this is not odd in bigger commercial like printers it is odd for home use printers. For them the paper is usually exposed. This is NOT a complaint. This is just an observation. Basic on the top controls. Again, perfect to me. Who need all the fancy features that you never use? For me, 99% of my printing needs are B&W and I don't need those things like faxing and scanning. I need a printer that will not bankrupt me with the cost of buying ink again and again. This is a high quality B&W laser printer with no bells and whistles and incredible toner life. For me that is what I love about it. This printer hits all the marks. HP has a great product here and I am confident this printer will give me years of great service.

Easy to set up and the print quality is decent. WiFi connection goes in and out.

Very rickety paper tray. Very slow to connect and print.

I was hoping this would be an inexpensive replacement for broken printer, but unfortunately it was not compatible with my computer.

The printer overall functions well. It is quick and can print 400 pages in about 20 mins, The set up process was way to difficult with technology being as advanced as it is but otherwise you cant be the affordable ink and toner not to mention quality of a laser printer. Dual tray would of got me to 4 stars do to price point.

Really good printer for the price. The quality is very good and love the wireless feature. Also very easy to connect to any device.

Is seems a little overpriced for just a black-and-white printer but it works great

One of my customers needed something basic that they didn't have to worry about replacing ink every month or so. This fit the bill!

This would probably be a decent printer for occasional printing, however if you need high volume back to back it will be an issue. Here are the issues - If you are printing large sets of documents, they will come out folded and not straight - Printer needs a cool down period I am returning the printer due to not being able to adequately handle volume

so far the second one is working ok. First one was junk. Paper keep jamming.

this unit h has nice contrast easy to start up

I bought this for my business Gears And Goodies Auto. I has been great and much better the ink based cartridges

Use it for our business and it works great! Love not having to buy ink cartridges anymore

I use it for school to print out handouts. The toner refill is also affordable. No problems as of now hoping this one lasts me a while.

This is the second time I have purchased this printer. I bought the first one from a different retailer and returned it after it wouldn’t power on after only 1 week of use. I saw it on sale at Best Buy and thought I would give it another try. 2 weeks in and so far so good.

Great portable Printer. Love the product. Love the ink cartridge.

No power …. HP support advised not worth getting repaired. WOW! Sure would expect the printer to last longer than it did.

This is by far the best office printer I have owned.
